Description

Hi I'm Simone, I'm 24 and i will leave Italy in november to start a new personal journey in Australia. My main goal is to share this adventure with many people as possible. I would like to get to know different cultures and to share mine.
My dream is to start a social farm in my country in the future, but right now i want to see the world and learn about it.

Quelles sont vos compétences ?

I'm a scout since i was 8 years old and i've been able to learn a lot about camping life, like building stuff with wood and rope, making fire, but also how to work in a group and to help each other.

I've a lot of experience with children: i spent 2 years like an educator for scout children from 8 to 12 years old; i worked one year with a group of children with down syndrome; i spent 1 year in a social farm in Netherland, taking care of kids with disabilities.

In 2020/2021 i volunteered 1 year in a social farm in the Netherlands (HamsterMieden is the name of the farm) and i've been able to learn a lot of things, mostly about farming and about social aspects.

I know how to drive a small tractor, how to make hay and how to cut wood using the chainsaw.


I also worked in a Farm in Ireland for 4 months, where i learned basically everything about self sufficiency: milking goats and cows, making cheese, grow vegetables, conservation of food for winter ecc.

I know how to prune fruit trees, in particular olive trees and i know how to take care of a vegetable garden.
