  Description

  We are professional hosts operating a hotel, cottages, and a campground on beautiful Awaji Island. We have a 10-year history of running a "Forest Kindergarten," and nature-based education is at the heart of our project.
  Our Concept: Freedom & Creativity
  Since this place is still a "work in progress," we want to have fun building it together with you. I don’t like giving strict orders—instead, I want to exchange ideas and skills. Crucially, we handle all housekeeping and room cleaning ourselves, so you can focus on your creativity and expertise.

  Monthly Themes & Flexibility:
  Our main theme changes every month. Please check if the current theme matches your interest. However, if you have a specific skill (e.g., "I only want to focus on design") regardless of the monthly theme, please let us know! We are happy to accommodate your expertise.
  
  Respect for Your Personal Work:
  We value your personal time and professional career. Digital nomads or those with their own projects are welcome. Please feel free to prioritize your own work while staying with us.
  [Important Note regarding our hospitality business] We professionally operate a hotel and campground, but Workawayers will not be involved in any hospitality tasks such as cleaning guest rooms, bed-making, or maintenance of guest-only areas. All business-related duties are handled by our own staff.
  
  Also, regarding the use of our professional kitchen, it is strictly for Workawayers to prepare their own meals or to share a meal with our family. Workawayers will never be asked to prepare or serve food or drinks to our paying guests.

  【宿泊ビジネスに関する重要事項】 私たちはホテルとキャンプ場をプロとして運営していますが、ワークアウェイヤーが客室の清掃、ベッドメイキング、またはゲスト専用エリアのメンテナンスなどの宿泊業務に関わることは一切ありません。ビジネスに関連するすべての業務は、当施設のスタッフが対応します。

  Aide

  We want you to focus on your professional skills and creativity. We handle all routine chores like cleaning and guest hospitality.
  The specific tasks vary by month, so please check our "Monthly Themes." For example:
  • Jan-Feb: Forest maintenance and facility repairs.
  • Apr-May: Farming and planting.
  • Ongoing: Art projects, web design, photography, and cooking (we have a professional kitchen and amazing local ingredients!).
  We also hope you can interact with my children in English. You don’t need to be a formal teacher; just sharing daily life and playing together is great!

  具体的な内容は月ごとに変わります。
  • 1〜2月：森の手入れや施設の修繕。

  [Important Rules & Notes]
  1. No Unregistered Guests: Only registered Workawayers are allowed on the property. No outside friends or strangers without permission.
  2. Same Rules as Our Facility: Please follow the same house rules as our regular guests (e.g., quiet hours, fire safety).
  3. Respect the Kitchen: Please keep the professional kitchen clean and organized after use.
  4. Communication & Language: We mainly speak Japanese. For complex communication, we use translation technology. If you find this stressful or difficult, please do not apply. We value an open and patient attitude!

  1. 部外者の立ち入り禁止: 登録された方のみ滞在可能です。許可なく部外者を招き入れないでください。
