  Description

  My project is to give new life to my grandfather's old house. The house is located in the Novarese hill area, in north-western Piedmont, in Italy. It is located in Cavaglio d'Agogna, a small village of about 1300 inhabitants about 12 km from Borgomanero and about 40 from Novara.
  The area is also close to the lakes: 15 km from Lake Orta and 15 km from Lake Maggiore.
  Beautiful areas for hiking or cycling, for sunbathing or swimming in the lake. Depending on your personal tastes and interests, you can do many different things. The most comfortable means of transport can be a car or a motorbike. If you are very sporty, even a bicycle.
  My name is Lorella, I am 60 years old and I have a job. In my free time I take care of the country house but there are many jobs to do and I can't do it alone.
  So I thought of turning to someone who can give me a hand.
  In exchange I offer the possibility of staying in the same house.
  
  My availability is on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and only on those days can I spend time with the guest.
  Normally the guest will sleep alone in the house.
  What I offer can therefore be a weekend of work exchange and comparison or time for tranquility, work and personal reflection on the other days.

  Il mio progetto è ridare vita alla vecchia casa del mio nonno. La casa si trova nella zona collinare Novarese, nel Piemonte nord occidentale, in Italia. Si trova a Cavaglio d'Agogna, un piccolo paese di circa 1300 abitanti a circa 12 km da Borgomanero e a circa 40 da Novara.
  La zona è anche in prossimità dei laghi: a 15 km dal lago d'Orta e a 15 km dal lago Maggiore.
  Zone bellissime per escursioni a piedi o in bicicletta, per prendere il sole o fare il bagno al lago. A seconda dei gusti e interessi personali si possono fare molte cose diverse. Il mezzo di trasporto più comodo può essere l'auto o la moto. Se uno è molto sportivo, anche la bicicletta.
  Io mi chiamo Lorella, ho 60 anni ed ho un lavoro. Nel tempo che mi resta libero mi occupo della casa di campagna ma i lavori da fare sono tanti e da sola non ce la faccio.
  Ho quindi pensato di rivolgermi a qualcuno che mi possa dare una mano.
  In cambio offro la possibilità di soggiornare nella stessa casa.
  
  La mia disponibilità è nel fine settimana (sabato e domenica) e solo in quei giorni mi è possibile trascorrere del tempo con l'ospite.
  Normalmente l'ospite dormirà da solo nella casa.
  Quello che offro può essere quindi un fine settimana di scambio di lavoro e di confronto oppure del tempo per la tranquillità, lavoro e riflessione personale negli altri giorni.

  La zona dove si trova l'alloggio offre possibilità di passeggiate e di escursioni in bici o Mountain bike. Oltre ad essere in prossimità dei laghi si trova in zona rinomata per la produzione vinicola Boca - Ghemme. Gattinara.
  Ideale anche per famiglia con bambini che amano giocare all'aria aperta. Il mezzo di trasporto più comodo è l'auto o la moto.

  Hébergement

  The accommodation includes a bed and private bathroom. To access the room there are stairs. Possibility of a cot for children. The room can accommodate 1 to 4 people
  
  For the moment my offer is for accommodation only because the kitchen in the house is not yet ready. However, a fridge and an induction hob are already available.
  Since I only have the possibility to offer accommodation, the help that would be useful to me could be only 2 or 3 hours a day.

  In your free time, depending on your personal tastes, you can visit cities such as Milan, Novara, Turin. If you have a car you can use the motorway entrance which is 5 minutes from the house. If you prefer to spend time surrounded by nature you can go for walks or excursions in the mountains or by the lakes. From July to September you can swim in the lake and spend time on the beach. You can do sports on the lake (canoeing, swimming, SUP) or in the mountains.

  Nel tempo libero, a seconda dei gusti personali, si possono visitare città come Milano, Novara, Torino. Se si dispone di auto si può utilizzare l'ingresso autostradale che si trova a 5 minuti dalla casa.
  Se si preferisce trascorrere del tempo in mezzo alla natura si possono fare passeggiate o escursioni in montagna o in riva ai laghi. Nei mesi da luglio a settembre si può fare il bagno al lago e trascorrere il tempo in spiaggia. Si possono fare gli sport al lago (canoa, nuoto, SUP) o in montagna.
