Description
We're seeking driven individuals to join our team at a unique motorbike hub and guesthouse in la Union, valle del Cauca, Colombia in northern South America.
Do you crave adventure, love meeting like-minded travelers, and want to live and work in a welcoming Colombian setting?
Who Are We Looking For?
You’ve got a mix of technical skills and a love for the road. You’re excited to be part of something that’s growing and bring good energy to share. Right now, our primary focus is on our digital infrastructure, with some ongoing needs in the garage.
Website Developer & Tech Specialist
We are currently looking for a volunteer to take the lead on rebuilding our website. If you have solid web development and design skills and want a concrete project to own, this is for you. We need someone who can structure, build, and optimize our site to properly showcase our tours, rentals, and guesthouse.
Experienced Motorcycle Mechanics
As an active adventure motorbike hub, keeping our fleet moving is always on the agenda. We are on the lookout for volunteers with practical, hands-on knowledge of fixing and maintaining motorcycles. If you know your way around an engine and have real experience wrenching on bikes, we occasionally need an extra pair of hands in the garage!
Volunteer Perks
Live on-site in a cozy room.
Fuel your adventures with healthy breakfasts and hearty lunches (dietary restrictions can be discussed during the application process).
Enjoy a shared Wi-Fi, hammocks, and showers.
Why Volunteer with Us?
Immerse yourself in Colombian culture and the adventure biking community.
Escape the tourist trail and experience authentic Colombian life in a charming countryside village.
Become part of a welcoming family atmosphere with shared meals, adventure stories, and a beautiful jungle garden.
Are you ready for an unforgettable adventure? Apply now and join our motorcycle haven!
About Us
Hi everyone and welcome! We are Tim and Isa. We are making our dreams come true by helping our family and friends make the best out of life. Here, we organize motorcycle tours and sell specialty coffee in the Netherlands to make our projects feasible. We work with our family on all our operations. We have a finca (farm) where we host overlanders and start or end our tours.
Here is a little bit about how we ended up here and the team you will be working with:
Tim
Hola! I am Tim. Born and raised in the Netherlands. I learned many life lessons from my travels over the last 18 years. In my former life, I worked in hospitality and marketing. I loved working in a team, but the standard corporate path was not fulfilling. After traveling through South and Central America, I decided to change direction. Fast forward to now, I am living in Colombia and got married to Isa in 2022. We are building this business with our whole family. For me, this adventure is about sharing, making memories, and making people smile.
My motto: A day without laughter is a day wasted.
Isaura (Isa)
Hola! I am Isa and I´m from Venezuela. I studied to be a chemical engineer and left Venezuela in 2017. I arrived in Colombia with many hopes and dreams. I met Tim in Medellin, and through his eyes, I learned to love Colombia's culture and nature. We share the dream of growing this business, having fun, and making people happy.
Eleazar
I am a Venezuelan university professor, a lover of nature, reading, good cooking, and hard work. I emigrated to find new directions and a new beginning in this great country.
Aura
I left Venezuela in search of new opportunities and a better quality of life. I like cooking, nature, and making sure the people who visit us feel right at home. I am cheerful, optimistic, love music and sports, and am always ready to help.
My motto: In union is strength.
We invite you to come see where we live, enjoy nature away from the tourist trail, and experience the friendly finca lifestyle. -

We are located in the middle of the Colombian grape region (including wine tastings) that you can explore. Also our area is famous for one of the best Paragliding spots in Colombia. We have some hammocks you can use. We are willing to show you around the area, since we are located on a valley we have a lot of farms around. These farms consist of grapes, papayas, melons, dragon fruit and others that you can visit. Our surrounding mountains are gorgeous with several hiking trails you can explore too. And are you into motorbikes yourself? Even better! You can rent a bike and hop on at one of our tours.
We can teach you everything about Colombian coffee, dancing, Venezualian food, offroad riding and the Colombian culture. If you're looking for a home away from home, please feel welcome. We share our lovely family life and you wouldn't be the first to stay longer thatn expected ;-)! -
