If you have a specific practical skills you love to do, please let us know as we have many projects on the go and I am confident we can accommodate most.

    DIY OR HANDYMAN TASKS:
We have been working on additional space for helpers. It is in a separate building - attached to the garage/workshop space. It is close to being ready although the shower cement floor needs replacing, drywall almost completed but still needs painting, taping, sanding, etc. It would also be nice to have another window or two put in, if anyone has those skills and would like to do it.

If you prefer, let us know what projects you have done in the past 100% on your own and would like to do - I am sure we can find a project that suits you.

    GARDENING
Always something to do in the gardens. The vegetable garden is approximately 1,000 sq. feet, and there are many little flower spaces that need planting and watering.

Yard clean up - raking, mowing lawns, weed whacking, general tidying up.

Help is for 5 hours per day - 5 days a week based on arrival date. Settle in when you arrive, the following day is DAY 1 of your 5. Some prefer helping longer hours, and banking them for an extra day of to explore
Not included in your 5 hours of help is making tea, lunch breaks, being on your phone, stopping to visit, or cleaning all the spaces you use in the suite.

We need some dedicated people that love to do a variety of tasks - especially those that love to be surrounded by nature, and are easy-going, self-motivated, enjoy taking on a project, and . . . . sad to have to say....but .....don't spend their working hours on their phones - lol - it is a truth!
