  Our space is in the middle of nature, near the city of Cartagena (Murcia Region), on the southeastern coast of Spain. The nearest beach is 8 km away (a 12-minute drive).
  
  Our mission: To serve as an ideal place for physical, mental, emotional and energetic regeneration, and where people can connect more deeply with themselves, with other people and with nature.
  
  This is why in our team we like to have people who feel comfortable away from civilisation and the noise of the city, who like to cook and/or have experience in the gastronomic sector, who have people skills and like to interact with people of different nationalities to lend a hand in the service of our cafeteria.
  
  In the place we rent different accommodations: 2 complete houses, 1 bungalow, 12 rooms and 60 camping plots. We have food and beverage services, an organic shop, massages and therapies, and car and bicycle rental. We also offer our own yoga, meditation and dance activities.
  
  And others from other organizers, such as kayaking, diving, sailing trips... Here we carry out our own meditation and yoga retreats. We also rent the space for other groups that carry out activities related to personal growth or the arts.
  
  We can correctly use and understand English, however our main language is Spanish and it is necessary that people who want to participate in the project have a good level of Spanish.

  Nuestro espacio está en plena naturaleza, cerca de la ciudad de Cartagena (Región de Murcia), en la costa del sureste de España. La playa más cercana está a 8 km (a 12 minutos en coche).
  
  Nuestra misión: Servir como lugar idóneo para la regeneración física, mental, emocional y energética, y donde las personas puedan conectar más profundamente consigo mismas, con las demás personas y con la naturaleza.
  
  Por eso en nuestro equipo nos gusta contar con personas que se sientan cómodas lejos de la civilización y el ruido de la ciudad, que les guste cocinar y/o tengan experiencia en el sector gastronómico, que tengan don de gentes y les guste relacionarse con personas de diferentes nacionalidades para echar una mano en el servicio de nuestra cafetería.
  
  En el lugar alquilamos diferentes alojamientos: 2 casas completas, 1 bungalow, 12 habitaciones y 60 parcelas de camping.
  
  Tenemos servicios de comida y bebida, tienda ecológica, masajes y terapias y alquiler de coches y bicicletas. También ofrecemos actividades propias de yoga, meditación y danza. Y otras de otros organizadores, como kayak, submarinismo, paseos en velero...
  
  Aquí realizamos nuestros propios retiros de meditación y yoga. También alquilamos el espacio para otros grupos que realizan actividades relacionadas con el crecimiento personal o con las artes.
  
  Podemos usar y comprender correctamente el inglés, sin embargo nuestro principal idioma es el español y es necesario que las personas que quieran participar en el proyecto tengan un buen nivel de español.

  We are developing our volunteering plan in which we exchange your collaboration for accommodation, meals and the salary will be calculated on the base salary of the collective agreement applicable to the company, and will be proportional to the agreed workload. It is also possible, if you work with a massage or therapy technique, or leisure or adventure activities, or others, that you can develop your activities here in the best conditions.
  
  Collaboration positions available:
  
  - Support in the kitchen and food and beverage service.
  - Attention in reception and shop.
  - General cleaning, both indoors and outdoors.
  - Maintenance and gardening.
  
  VERY IMPORTANT: Fluency in Spanish and good level of English.
  Interesting but not compulsory: If you speak French, German or Dutch, it will be highly valued.

  Estamos desarrollando nuestro plan de voluntariado en el que intercambiamos tu colaboración por alojamiento, comidas y el salario se calculará sobre el salario base del convenio colectivo aplicable a la empresa, y será proporcional a la carga horaria pactada. También es posible, si trabajas con alguna técnica de masaje o terapia, o actividades de tiempo libre o aventura, u otras, que aquí puedas desarrollar tus actividades en las mejores condiciones.
  
  Puestos de colaboración disponibles:
  
  - Apoyo en cocina y servicio de comidas y bebidas.
  - Atención en recepción y tienda.
  - Limpieza general, tanto en interiores como en exteriores.
  - Mantenimiento y jardinería.
  
  MUY IMPORTANTE: Dominio del español y buen nivel de inglés.
  Interesante pero no obligatorio: Si hablas francés, alemán o neerlandés, será muy valorado.

  We are 15 minutes from the center of Cartagena by car. The nearest town is 4 km away, and it has all the services (two supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconist, health center, etc.)
  
  Estamos a 15 minutos del centro de Cartagena en coche. El pueblo más cercano está a 4 km, y dispone de todos los servicios (dos supermercados, farmacia, estanco, centro de salud, etc.)
