Help me in restoring house near the ocean, Brittany, France

  Description

  I travelled a lot during my life and now I live in a very quiet place near the ocean. I used to live with my 3 children but they are away now. My place is quite big and I need help for maintenance and for the garden. I grow organic vegetables and restore an old farm;
  The ocean here is great for surfing and there are famous spots here.
  I am easygoing, , non smoker and cool person, interested in ecology, nature, birdwatching, photography, playing music (piano, guitar, violin), classical and tango, dancing also argentinian tango. I give lessons 2 a week. So Im quite buzy and travel a lot for dancing
  I am looking for someone to help in the garden and in the houses. I can offer a quiet room vhere you can be totally independant , we can have meals together or have your own kitchen. You can choose. I can also teach piano, argentinian tango, french, and english for beginners. You can enjoy the good air from the ocean, swim or surf in the waves, walk in a protected area, I would like to let you know what I am expecting and what are the conditions for a stay here. here is quite a remote place. There are not much things to do here for citizens who are used to bars, disco's or restaurants. In winter everything is closed about 5km around. You can go biking, walking in the nature, surfing, kitesurfing, swimming . ..So you must be a nature lover.
  It could be very windy some time, but also sunny and quiet. In winter I could need someone to keep the house clean and take care of 9 cats, so you might stay on your own, feeding the animals once a day.
  At the moment I need someone to dig about 15m long
  
  There are 3 houses, I will stay in one of them and the 2nd is for rent and the 3rd one you ll stay on your own. There is a room with a single bed quite confortable. You have toilet and hot shower. It is quite comfortable but not really fixed. Ineed to connect the sink to the septic tank. so you need to dig a small trench not very deep about 30cm but 20m long.
  
  I wanted to tell you that I can't afford to host you for a long stay as I am not rich and can't afford to feed someone. So if we get on well together and if you reasonably help me I ll offer meals 1 x a day. (You will make your own breakfast). If I am away for several weeks you must buy your own food ;
  I suggest that we try 1 week first and if both of us are happy you can stay 2 or 3 weeks or more. Of course Ill be happy to share the meals.
  
  About the work:
  Depending on your skills, you can paint walls or ceiling, doing plumbing, carpentry, helping in the garden. digging trench Etc. Always something to do here. Even order the house!
  I would like you to help a t least 3 or 4 hours a day, from 1 to 5 o clock in winter. but you can choose to work when you want, depending of the weather. In summer it could be 3 or 4 hours when you want
  We ll have meals together ( except breakfast) and I would appreciate a hand for cooking.
  I can take you to some places around if you are interested by visiting the area. And you can also use a bike.
  
  So for a first contact we ll try 1 week and see what 's going on...

  I can teach you french, argentinian tango, piano, photography, languages...
  Here the countryside is beautiful and you can sea a lot of birds as we live in a natural reserve, you can also surf, sail, swim and dive as the beach is 15mn walk. You can give a help when you want, as long as you want. You can relax, and experience the life in the middle of nowhere in the nature. Don't expect a very busy social and cultural life. There is 1 bar 1 km from my house that's all;

  I am essentially looking for someone who can do hard job like painting , helping in the house as I restore an old farm and appartment plaster, plumbery, etc, also some gardening: plant vegetables, cut the grass, and maintaining large lawns, eliminating tall grass and clearing brush, I would love to plant many old variety of vegetables... Also building a small wooden house... also keep the house when I am away etc, so many things to do!...

  it is quite a remote place, if you don't have a car. but if you like nature and big space it is perfect. I have bikes here an you can use them. I can also take you where you want for example to surf but its only 15mn walk from the beach
  I will offer food for free corresponding with your help.
  the ideal stay would be 1 month but it could be beetween 1, 2 weeks and 2 months
