  Hello!
  
  We are a couple working on building a rural guesthouse in the Ribera Valenciana, just outside Valencia city. Our vision is to create a beautiful, LGBTQ+ friendly space for visitors, and we’re excited to invite helpers to join us during this exciting process.
  
  While our guesthouse isn’t open yet, we need enthusiastic helpers to assist with farm work and various maintenance tasks as we continue to build. We’re looking for individuals who can commit to around six to eight weeks with us and who are excited to contribute to bringing our dream to life.

  Aide

  We’re looking for helpers to assist with the following:
  
  Friendly, flexible support with the ongoing development of our guesthouse and the surrounding land.
  Tasks include cleaning, small maintenance projects, tidying the pool and grounds, helping with farm work, and assisting in various tasks related to the building process.
  We expect our helpers to become part of our "family/home team" and pitch in wherever necessary to get things done.
  What we find important:
  
  Diversity and Inclusion: A core value of ours is commitment to diversity and inclusion. Helpers should be respectful of all gender identities and dedicated to creating a welcoming space where everyone feels accepted, especially within the LGBTQ+ community.
  
  Customer Service Skills: While the guesthouse is under construction, we’ll be hosting occasional events, and we’re looking for helpers who are friendly, approachable, and dedicated to ensuring guests have a great time when they visit.
  
  Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintaining cleanliness and the overall aesthetic of the property is important. While we have a cleaning service, we need help keeping the large guesthouse tidy during the building process. Also, we have a large ecological vegetable garden that needs daily care.
  
  Teamwork and Communication: Effective teamwork and communication skills are essential. Helpers will work closely with us to create a positive work environment and ensure the property continues to develop smoothly.
  
  Event Planning: Our guesthouse will host small events and weekly dinners once open, and helpers interested in event planning can contribute to the organization and execution of these activities.
  
  In exchange for your help, we offer:
  Private accommodation
  All meals included
  Payment at a fair market rate .
  €8.45,- per hour
