  Hi from beautiful Mallorca,
  
  We are now looking for a practical and multitasking Workawayer for the winter season (November – March).
  
  During these quieter months, we focus on different improvement projects around our small countryside boutique hotel and retreat center. We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work and can help us with a variety of tasks such as:
  
  -Carpentry and small building projects
  - Basic plumbing work
  - General maintenance and improvements
  
  This position is perfect for someone who is skilled, independent, and enjoys working with their hands and who also is experienced with carpentry and building projects.
  
  In return, we offer you a private apartment, beautiful natural surroundings, and the chance to experience the peaceful side of Mallorca in winter – with mild weather, hiking trails, and local culture without the summer crowds.
  
  We are located in Calvià, about 20 minutes from Santa Ponsa and 25 minutes from Palma. Our area is very calm and secluded, ideal for nature lovers who enjoy hiking, fresh air, and tranquility.
  
  We are looking for a friendly, motivated EU/EEA citizen who would like to join us for a cultural exchange and help us bring our winter projects to life. The work is around 4–5 hours a day, 5 days a week, leaving plenty of time for you to explore the island and enjoy your free time.
  
  This is a paid position.

  Workawayers staying with us will have the opportunity to experience life in rural Mallorca, learn about Spanish and Mallorcan culture.
  
  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys nature, peace and quiet, and wants to experience Mallorca away from the tourist crowds. You will have time to explore the island, enjoy the surroundings, and experience life on a traditional Mallorcan estate.

  Aide

  This season we are planning to:
  
  - Build an outdoor kitchen
  - Create a roof-covered outdoor dining area
  - Make furniture from fallen pine trees
  - Cut and prepare firewood
  - Build a large outdoor hammock and other garden features
  
  You won’t be working alone – we are a small team and you will join us in these projects, sharing ideas and working together. The work is hands-on and varied, perfect if you enjoy practical tasks and like to see visible results from your efforts.

  Autres infos...

  We have a bicycle for use. The nearest bus stop is about 2 km from the location. Here on Mallorca you can take the bicycle with you which is very useful when you reach your destination. You will also, under own responsability, be able to borrow a car now and then for shopping (however the car is not for personal use).
