Description
We manage a family hostel in Huaraz, in the heart of the Cordillera Blanca, in the Peruvian Andes. Huaraz is an authentic and lively city. The region is ideal for discovering the Andes and its inhabitants, but also for going on an adventure in the mountains around us. Within Huascaran National Park (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO since 1985) there are countless trekking routes of one or more days (among the most beautiful in the world), climbing routes for all levels , ascents of glaciers for the bravest (20 glaciers over 6000 meters above sea level!).
The language used in the family is Spanish but we can also communicate in English, French, German, Dutch, Hebrew and Arabic.

You can participate in family life and meet travelers from all over the world, discover the region, its cultural and natural riches, much more than a passing visitor. Learn or practice Spanish. We will obviously be delighted to give you all the necessary recommendations for the activities you want to do in the surroundings.
Aide
We offer to welcome (for minimum 3 weeks) 2 people to help us in our daily tasks: cleaning the common areas, preparing the rooms, reception. Maximum 5 hours of help per day (morning or afternoon), 5 days per week.

You will be accommodated in a 6-bed dormitory with shared bathroom. You will have breakfast included and access to the kitchen for other meals.
