  Hi my name is Jonathan I am 36 years old and with my 6 and 4 year old daughters we live in a small farm surrounded by the green of the Parma Apennines. Ours is a small reality that aims at self-sufficiency. We have a vegetable garden and with us live a cow named Rosina a goat named fior and a lamb called a few hens and bees. We try to live as much as possible in contact with nature the forest (which provides us with wood for the winter and as a building material) and the river that passes through our property (we are at the source of the Taro river a river full of life and fantastic to bathe in the warm months)

  Ciao mi chiamo Jonathan ho 36 anni e con le mie figlie di 6 e 4 anni abitiamo in una piccola fattoria immersa nel verde della appennino parmense. La nostra e una piccola realtà che punta all autosufficienza abbiamo un orto e con noi vivono una mucca di nome Rosina una capretta di nome fior e un agnello che si chiama nuvoletta qualche gallina e delle api. Cerchiamo di vivere il più possibile a contatto con la natura il bosco ( che ci fornisce la legna per l inverno e come materiale da costruzione) e del fiume che passa nella nostra proprietà ( siamo alla sorgente del fiume Taro un fiume pieno di vita e fantastico per farsi il bagno nei mesi caldi)

  I have dedicated myself a lot to trying to learn what it takes to get to self-sufficiency. I have a little knowledge on animal care on the vegetable garden on the transformation of food (preserves, jams, on making bread with a wood oven, making cheese). ) on finding and preparing the building material from the forest .... I have some knowledge that I would like to share and have exchanges in order to expand them

  Mi son dedicato molto a cercare di imparare quello che serve per arrivare all' autosufficienza ho un po' di conoscenze sulla cura degli animali sull orto sulla trasformazione degli alimenti ( conserve, marmellate, sul fare il pane con il forno a legna, fare il formaggio) sul reperire e preparare il materiale da costruzione dal bosco.... Ho alcune conoscenze che mi piacerebbe condividere e avere degli scambi in modo da poterle ampliare

  We would like to find someone who wants to come here to help us on our farm to share experiences with us. The work would consist of following the animals helping us in the garden in the construction of structures in making fences for the animals to help in the house to live with us and live the farm in its entirety

  Ci piacerebbe trovare qualcuno che abbia voglia di venire qui ad aiutarci nella nostra fattoria a condividere con noi esperienze. I lavori consisterebbero nel seguire gli animali aiutarci nell' orto nella costruzione di strutture nel fare recinti per gli animali di aiutare in casa insomma di vivere con noi e vivere la fattoria nella sua interezza

  Amiamo molto la condivisione si mangerebbe tutti insieme molti prodotti che vengono dai nostri orti e dai nostri animali e chiaramente qualcosa di comprato

  Ci sono bellissime passeggiate ed escursioni in mezzo alla natura incontaminata e in 1 ora di autobus si arriva in Liguria con le sue bellissime spiagge o in 1 ora 30 a Parma
