Description
We are a retired couple living in Nova Scotia, Canada, on a scenic 30 acre peace of land, which we are in the process of developing, we built two dome houses, landscaping is our next project. Our property is bordered by a river and on the lake, we are into boating, fishing and other water activities.

Nova Scotia is the province of many lakes and rivers, ideal for the outdoors person (golf🏌, tennis, bike🚲, hiking, kayaking 🛶), nearby are a few interesting small towns with lots of history, i.e. Lunenburg, Annapolis Royal, many fishing villages, Bay of Fundy with the worlds highest tide, too numerous to tell all here.
It is about 2.5 km to our village.

We spent 12 days as guests with Verena and Bert. We really enjoyed staying in the small dome house, with its beautiful view of the lake.
As for the work, we did a lot in the garden, stained stairs and decks, weeded, repaired the lawnmower, stacked firewood, built a new woodshed, and picked up and put a log splitter into use. Nice and varied… read more

Verena and Bert were so kind. They make you felling part of your family. I learned many things about simple life and how to appreciate the nature. They live in a paradise.
