  Description

  We are a small family consisting of Seema Jiwan and Prem Mandeep, along with our 3-year-old son Leopold. Our home is located in the beautiful Algarve in Portugal, on a 4-hectare piece of land. Surrounded by a stunning landscape, our property features two idyllic lakes, numerous fruit trees, and peaceful natural surroundings.
  
  Our location is ideally situated, about 30 minutes from Marmelete and 15 minutes from São Teotónio – perfect for exploring the region and enjoying the untouched beauty of the Algarve away from mass tourism.

  We, Seema and Prem, are Kundalini Yoga teachers and warmly invite you to join us for a daily morning Sadhana. This practice can help you enhance your health and energy, unlock your creativity, and strengthen your intuition, allowing you to live more authentically and mindfully.
  
  Seema also has a great passion for daily physical activity. As an experienced trainer, she brings a wide range of skills that she’s happy to share with you. If you’re interested in regular training, we can work on it together and stay active.
  
  We are from Germany and speak fluent German and good English. Additionally, we are musicians and love making music together. With our mantra band, we have performed at various places in Portugal. We appreciate good food, deep conversations, and the inspiration that comes from a vibrant community – and we look forward to sharing all of this with you.

  Aide

  We would greatly appreciate support in caring for our son, as we are both currently very busy with work. It would be wonderful if you happen to have a child of your own, so our son could have a playmate – but that’s absolutely not a requirement. Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who enjoys spending time with children and can provide loving care.

  We provide food (the same as we eat as a family). We eat a bit of everything. If you have specific dietary restrictions, please let us know so we can see how we can arrange this for you.
  
  Our house is located in a very rural area, where you are truly surrounded by nature. All shopping facilities can only be reached by car, so having your own car is really practical. The nearest beach is about 25 minutes, next shopping facilities 15 min away. We’re happy to give you a ride when we go into town ourselves.

  The São Teotónio area is perfect for hiking, offering untouched nature and stunning landscapes. It’s also a great spot for cycling, making it an enjoyable activity to explore the surroundings.
