  Description

  We are looking for a young couple who could commit for whole season - 9 months (1st of March - mid November)
  
  Come and help us at our beautiful Adventure Lodge in sunny Algarve. Our Quinta is very special to us, so we are looking for helpers who would join our team and share the passion for this amazing place. We are a venue with wide range of fun activities offered to our guests like surfing, yoga, SUP, kayaking, boat trips, kitesurfing, and many more. We host around 30 Wellness / Surf / Adventure Retreats and group stays per season.
  
  We like to welcome people from all around the world with the same passion for adventure and good time in the Sun.
  
  Our team is hardworking and eager to help our guests so the season can be quite demanding on us at times. That is why we are looking for enthusiastic and hardworking people to help us to provide best experience possible. Starting March 2026 we will set up the Lodge for first guests to arrive on 23rd March.
  
  We offer private accommodation and official monthly salary. Please, apply if you are valid to work in EU.
  
  Approximate working hours: 4 hours a day / 6 days a week (the work schedule will be unique and flexible, depending on how involved our guests will want us to be each week. There might be weeks when you have very little to do so you will have a lot of free time to enjoy the Algarve. And then there will be weeks when schedule could be quite demanding of your time. We ask our staff to be able plan ahead and be flexible depending on what will be required of them) Not to worry, you will have plenty of time to explore and enjoy the culture we have to offer here.

  Our Quinta is located in a beautiful town Praia Da Luz. Just 10 minutes away from Lagos city. Our project is set on top of the hill where you will be amazed by the views Algarve has to offer. You will be amazed how diverse and intriguing Portuguese culture can be.
  
  During your stay you will learn a lot about hospitality business and people. You will be working, living, cooking, sharing time and space together with a team of people and guests. For sure besides working sometimes we will go surfing, stand up paddle boarding, practice yoga or just hang out together and have fun.
  
  You will be paid a competitive wage by Portuguese standards + accommodation with bills included based. Depending on skills and experience brought to the table you will have an opportunity to earn some extra.

  Key duties:
  - Look after the Lodge and the grounds
  - Do daily clean up (checklist)
  - Assist our kitchen team
  - Be cheerful
  - Look after our extensive garden
  - Take care of simple maintenance tasks.
  - Assist our guests needs
  - Assist with some activities
  - Help with changeovers
  - Explore the area and local trails to be informative and helpful to our guests
  - Enjoy sports and the beautiful beaches
  
  What are we looking for:
  - Experience in hospitality
  - Good sense of responsibility
  - Attention to details
  - Excellent Work Ethics
  - Outgoing and caring personality
  - Passion about all things active and wellness
  - Maintenance / Carpentry / Fixing / Gardening skills
  - Cooking / Bar skills will be a plus
  - Must speak very good English, any other language will be a plus
  - Commitment for the whole season
  - 'Can Do' attitude

There is so much to do and experience. We are located in brilliant location - just 10/15 minute walk to town and most beautiful blue flag beach - Praia Da Luz.

  - Private staff quarters for yourselves (Double room + bathroom/shower + kitchen) in our extensive site. You'll be living close to guests but have a chance to have your own privacy. You will be the first point of contact for our guests.
