Description
We work as a family, we are a couple Nuno and Maria, with two daughters and several animals, horses, dogs, cats etc. Our work consists of thinning and teaching horses, riding lessons and horse-assisted therapy. We work primarily with Lusitano horses. performs horse-assisted therapy with children and adults with different characteristics/pathologies/difficulties, from autism, down syndrome, cerebral palsy, among others. The Quinta has 6 hectares of autochthonous nature, which we intend to preserve.
Na trabalhamos em Família, somos um casal Nuno e Maria, com duas filhas e diversos animais, cavalos, cães, gatos etc. O nosso trabalho consiste no desbaste e ensino de cavalos, aulas de equitação e Terapia assistida por cavalos. Trabalhamos fundamentalmente com cavalos Lusitanos, realiza terapia assistida por cavalos com crianças e adultos com diferentes características/patologias/dificuldades, desde Autismo, síndrome de down, paralisia cerebral, entre outras.
A Quinta tem 6 hectares de natureza autóctone, que pretendemos preservar.

You have the possibility to learn the culture and gastronomy of our region, learn Portuguese and explore our region. The farm is located in the central region of Portugal, 1 hour from the beach, 1 hour from Serra da Estrela and cities such as Viseu, Aveiro and Coimbra.
Tem a possibilidade de aprender a cultura e gastronomia da nossa região, aprender Português e explorar a nossa região. Pode iniciar a pratica de equitação ou melhorar o nível da sua equitação.
A quinta localiza-se na região centro de Portugal, a 1 hora da praia, a 1 hora da Serra da Estrela e de cidades como Viseu, Aveiro e Coimbra.

The help we want on the farm consists of the day-to-day tasks with the horses, from feeding, hygiene and maintenance of the arena and surrounding area, help in the care of our daughters, with our other animals.

Our farm is located in the Dão region, famous for its wines, close to Serra da Estrela and with several small villages and river beaches nearby. They can travel by bus, train 15 minutes from the farm and bicycle. On Sundays, depending on our availability, we can accompany you to discover our region.
A nossa quinta localiza-se na região do Dão, famosa pelos seus vinhos, perto da Serra da Estrela e com diversas pequenas aldeias e praias fluviais nas proximidades. Podem se deslocar de autocarro,comboio a 15 minutos da quinta e bicicleta. Aos domingos, conforme a nossa disponibilidade, podemos acompanha-los a conhecer a nossa região.

More than I expected. Everything was super nice, I felt like home there, family was so warm and welcoming. Every day I was able to help with horses, and do some interesting tasks.
