Description
I am a new workawayer looking for some unforgettable experiences, getting to connect with new people, cultures and nature. I come from a small city in South-East Finland and am currently living in the capital, Helsinki. I enjoy a good book, a chill run with friends and company of animals. I live an active lifestyle and highly enjoy spending time outside doing sports, working or just enjoying a beautiful day. I love learning about different cultures and traditions and all that it involves (food, language, new places etc.) and also sharing about our way of living here up north :) I've had the privilege to travel lots and even live in Chile as an exchange student and each experience has only contributed to my hunger for seeing the world. I've come to understand some things about this world and one thing I highly believe in is: there no right way of doing things, just different. I also understand that traveling and working isn't always rainbows and sunshine, but usually the overall experience makes it worth it!

Quelles sont vos compétences ?
Workwise I have mostly had jobs in hospitality and have acquired some good people skills, such as customer service and cooperation. Beside that I've worked as a substitute teacher and also gymnastics coach so leading groups and working with kids comes naturally to me! I love working with animals and have good experience in training and grooming dogs, and also taking care of horses. I haven't had much chance to do real manual labour outside (since I live in the city) but I am not afraid of hard work and getting my hands dirty! Besides if there's anything to fix or make I always figure out a way to get it done. In the house I'll gladly help with cooking and cleaning (I also love baking and recently have been getting into sourdough world) and also can work with textiles (crochet, embroidery, sewing). Here's a rough list of some skills, which I will gladly expand by learning more about whatever area you need me to work in!
