  Description

  Hello, I am Cecilia, a yoga teacher with some projects to develop in a small medieval borgo in the hills of Umbria. I would like to welcome into my home a volunteer who has notions of muralism, a plastic artist who is willing to help me create a mural and who helps me to aesthetically project the place that I am fixing, available to improve the appearance of the place. I would like to practice German and could teach Spanish and Italian, conversations in different languages to practice other languages...
  If you’re interested in calm, it could be an opportunity for relaxation. I can share my knowledge in yoga and Ayurveda and my vegetarian, healthy and exquisite recipes alternating with walks immersed in pristine nature. I have no higher demands beyond meeting the goals we set together. The house is immersed in the forest, it is important that the person has experience of living on the mountain. I’m evaluating proposals to start in October.

  Hola, soy Cecilia, una profesora de yoga con algunos proyectos a desarrollar en un pequeño borgo medieval en las colinas de Umbría. Me gustaría acoger en mí hogar a un voluntario que tenga nociones de muralismo, un artista plástico que tenga ganas de ayudarme a crear un mural y que me ayude a proyectar estéticamente el lugar que estoy arreglando, disponible para mejorar la apariencia del lugar. Me gustaría practicar alemán y podría enseñar español e italiano, conversaciones en distintos idiomas para practicar otras lenguas...
  Si te interesa la calma podría ser una oportunidad para el relax. Puedo compartir mis conocimientos en yoga y Ayurveda y mis recetas vegetarianas, saludables y exquisitas alternando con caminatas inmersos en la naturaleza prístina. No tengo mayores exigencias más allá de cumplir con los objetivos que pautemos juntos. La casa está inmersa en el bosque, es importante que la persona tenga experiencia en habitar en la montaña. Estoy evaluando propuestas para iniciar en octubre.

  Painting, repairing some furniture, collecting firewood, sharing mother tongue, cooking the food you want to eat because I am a vegetarian and I share my diet but it can be very simple for those who are not.
  I have a guitar I can’t play but I can lend it. I like blues and rock and roll if you want to teach me.
  
  Pintar, reparar algunos muebles, recoger leña, compartir madre lengua, cocinar los alimentos que desee comer porque yo soy vegetariana y comparto mí dieta pero puede resultar muy simple para quien no lo es.
  Tengo una guitarra que no sé tocar pero la puedo prestar. Me gusta el blues y el rock and roll si me quiere enseñar.

  I can’t talk much about Umbria because we are going to know it simultaneously. It is a giant lung full of beauty to discover. There is public transport to and from Terni 6 times a day. They are 15 kilometers that can also be traveled by bike or walking along a charming path ideal for bird watching and discovering native flora.
  
  No puedo hablar mucho de Umbría porque la vamos a conocer en simultáneo. Es un gigante pulmón lleno de belleza a descubrir. Hay trasporte público desde y hacia Terni 6 veces al día. Son 15 kilómetros que se pueden recorrer también en bicicleta o caminando por un sendero encantador ideal para avistar aves y descubrir flora autóctona.
