Our hostel is located in a colonial house located in the historic center of the city of Cusco; in which we offer the lodging service to national and foreign tourists and we also work with volunteers who wish to make their experience of living with us and learn about our customs.

The benefit they get is to spend the night in the lodging including their breakfast and prepare their lunch in the kitchen.
You will learn to serve guests who come from different parts of the world, both national and foreign, in a hotel.
On their own, the volunteer can learn about our traditions, Inca architecture, archaeological sites and customs of our ancestors in the city of Cusco and its surroundings such as the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, and many places to visit in each town and community, meeting new friends.
Volunteers on their own can also go and try our Andean Cusco food and our Peruvian cuisine with a variety of dishes such as ceviche, chicharrón, traditional suckling pig, etc. There are countless foods in Peru. -

A volunteer has a place to sleep.
In the cafeteria and the reception of the hotel; You will perform the Check-in / Check Out of individual passengers or groups, you will be able to interact with passengers and help guests who need our support to organize their activities, trips and stay in the place.
You will help us (the local family) who are part of the hotel to share your knowledge in marketing management to improve the hotel's website and make us known in different countries through social networks, also to translate the content into English. of the web.
Here you will learn or improve the Spanish language with us (the hosts) and also with the Latin guests. You will make new friends either with passengers or local people, you will learn different cultures and customs. -

El trabajo es muy simple. Trabajaba de 7h a 11h 6d/7. Me ocupé de los desayunos para los huéspedes, luego hice la limpieza y terminé con 30 min 1h en la recepción.
El desayuno me fue ofrecido.
Todo el equipo está a la escucha y muy buenos consejos si es necesario.

Pasé casi un mes con ellos y la verdad que al ser mi primera experiencia como voluntario, ellos hicieron que todo fuera más fácil.
Mayormente estuve en recepción, pero exporadicamente también ayudé en otras tareas como desayuno o limpieza.

El hostal es lindo, cómodo y limpio, el trabajo es sencillo y los horarios son buenos, me tocó servir los desayunos desde las 7 am hasta las 9:30 am y luego limpiar la cocina y el comedor, terminaba generalmente a las 11 am (todo depende de la rapidez de cada uno).
