  Description

  We are a family with two children (17 and 21), one very kind and hypoallergenic dog, and 10 chickens. We like to garden, farm, read, play the piano, and cook. We love the area, the people, the food, and culture. It’s a very beautiful place with forested covered hills, wineries, ski, lakes and rivers - situated 1.15 h from Montréal. We have bikes at your disposal (they are a bit rusty, you will need to tune them a little!). We enjoy meeting and welcome people who are respectfull and interested in participating in our project.

  Great opportunity to enjoy time in a beautiful and serene natural setting, surrounded by forest, and with access to a swimmable lake in the summer, and ski in the winter. Interested to exchange English and French classes for Japanese language classes.

  Aide

  Light gardening, creating raised beds and farming, help with preparing the garden and barn for the summer, and with forest maintenance. Cleaning and cooking also possible. If you have experience buiding wooden structures, that would be great.

  Hébergement

  You will have a bedroom with desk to yourself, with your own bathroom. Table tennis, badminton, swimming at home. If you would prefer to camp, there are beautiful spots available, including by the lake. We often cook vegetarian food, and will eat together in the evenings, if you would like. Breakfast and lunch are self served.
