  Description

  Welcome. I m Vittorio, My mission is to plant plants, I am realizing my project in my land creating very varied botanical gardens all connected to each other. I also integrate art and geology, I install sculptures and fill the gardens with stones and minerals. I started with cacti, but then tropical and fruit using the principles of permaculture spontaneously. I live by the sea and I have a beach where I also plant my plants and swim. I accept volunteers who will leave their authentic i ready and they are so various branches of my project that even if you don't know anything about plants, you will find what to do while having fun. And you will surely learn. I don't expect volunteers to work many hours and I don't impose schedules. You can work while having fun as much as you want and if you want and at any time you want.
  
  The artistic creation of large gardens with plants with variety has been my main occupation during the last decades. I have a countryside between the sea and the Nebrodi mountains, between Palermo and Messina.
  What I am creating here is very big, my vision is immense. I am creating gardens all related and connected each garden is big, but it will become even bigger. For example I have hundreds of cacti in pots waiting to be planted forever in the big cactus garden that already has hundreds of plants all different. Beyond the gardens, my vision does not end here. I am creating a place of peace, an anti-social spiritual reality. People will be able to come for their own spiritual path in which the plants, the sea, the beach, nature and the forest will help.
  
  This place has been passed down for at least six generations in my family. Initially it was just an olive grove with a house on the hill. 150 years ago the house was built next to the highway and this is the house where I still live. My great-great-grandfather built the house, my great-great-grandfather planted the olive trees, my great-grandfather planted the villa, my father and my grandmother kept up the pace and in the present I am the one who started by creating a large garden of succulents and cacti, then I turned to jungle plants and created the jungle area. So I continued with the jungle fruit area and the Mediterranean fruit and ornamental plants, also including medicinal plants. Since these gardens are very flourishing, they generate many children and to be able to support my life in the countryside I started selling rare plants, cacti, seeds and leaves, online. I also have some animals, such as chickens, cats, sheep and Tibetan goats.
  
  Io sono Vittorio, -perché questa è stata la mia principale occupazione durante gli ultimi decenni. Ho una campagna tra il mare e i monti Nebrodi, tra Palermo e Messina.
  Quello che io sto creando qui è molto grande, la mia visione immensa. Sto creando dei giardini tutti correlati e connessi ogni giardino è grande, ma lo diventerà ancora di più. Ad esempio ho centinaia di cactus in vaso che aspettano di essere piantati per sempre nel grande giardino di cactus che ha già centinaia di piante tutte differenti. Oltre i giardini, la mia visione non finisce qui. Sto creando un luogo di pace, una realtà spirituale anti sociale. La gente potrà venire per il proprio percorso spirituale in cui le piante, il mare, la spiaggia, la natura e il bosco aiuteranno.
  Questo luogo si tramanda a da almeno sei generazioni nella mia famiglia. Inizialmente era solo un uliveto con una casa sulla collina. 150 anni fa è stata costruita la casa accanto alla strada statale e questa è la casa dove vivo ancora. Il mio quadrisnonno costruì la casa, il mio trisnonno mise gli ulivi, il mio bisnonno pianto' la villa, mio padre e mia nonna hanno tenuto il passo e nel presente ci sono io che ho cominciato creando un grande giardino di grasse e cactus, poi mi sono dato alle da giungla e ho creato la zona jungla. Ho così continuato con la zona jungla da frutto e le mediterranee da frutto e da ornamento, inserendo anche le officinali. Siccome questi giardini sono molto floridi, generano tantissimi figli e per poter supportare la mia vita in campagna ho cominciato a vendere delle rare, cactacee, semi e foglie, online.
  Ho anche alcuni animali, come galline, gatti, pecore e capre tibetane.

  Qui possono imparare tutto quello che la terra, gli elementi maestre possono insegnare. In questi anni passati qui mi hanno insegnato tantissimo i miei maestri verdi ed io posso comunicare così questa esperienza a chi viene da me.

  Aide

  I'm sure it'll be nice if you also keep the house clean and help tidy up and cook. Outside you can do anything. Since the space is very large, about 6 hectares, and considering that there are many plants and geological points, there are all kinds of jobs. In fact, when someone comes to visit me I direct them towards their skills, passions and peculiarities. For example, if you are good at pruning with scissors, you can prune trees or make new cuttings. If you are inclined towards nursery farming, we can make several pots. If you have a taste for art, we can create new sculptures to place in the garden and the same goes for crafts.
  
  Three hours is enough. You are not in the society of humans, you are in my land. There are no working hours here. You can work whenever you want so as not to get entangled, to establish a connection with Nature and to learn something new.

  Dato che lo spazio è molto grande, circa 6 ettari e considerato che ci sono moltissime e punti geologici, ci sono lavoretti di tutti i generi. Infatti quando viene a trovarmi qualcuno lo indirizzo verso le proprie abilità, passioni e peculiarità. Ad esempio se si è bravi verso la potatura con forbici, possiamo potare alberi o fare nuove talee. Se si è propensi verso il vivaismo, possiamo fare diversi vasi. Se si ha il gusto dell arte, possiamo creare nuove sculture da mettere nel giardino e lo stesso vale per l artigianato.

  Mi piace migliorare il mio spagnolo ed il mio inglese, però se comunichiamo in italiano non ci sono limiti di comunicazione. Mentre se parliamo solo l inglese o lo spagnolo, ci sarà qualche limite in più, ma lo parlo abbastanza bene

  Hébergement

  The house is large and spacious and there are some private rooms. But there is also a lot of space outside and anyone who wants can put up a tent, hammock and sleeping bag to be closer to nature or the sea.
  I can pick volunteers up from the train station of S. Stefano Di Camastra /Mistretta.
  During the week i use to go to market about 2/3 times, and volunteers can come with me if something is needed.
  The closest market is very small but very close and easy to reach even by foot.
  
  La casa è grande e spaziosa e ci sono alcune stanze private. Ma c è anche tanto spazio fuori e chi volesse può mettere la tenda, l amaca e il sacco a pelo per essere più vicino alla natura o al mare.
  Posso prendere i volontari alla stazione di S. Stefano Di Camastra /Mistretta.
  Durante la settimana vado al mercato per la spesa 2 o 3 volte, e i volontari possono venire con me se hanno bisogno di qualcosa. Il mercato più vicino è molto piccolo ma veramente a pochi passi da casa.

  Nearby there are the villages of Santo Stefano di Camastra and Caronia Marina, my countryside is right in the middle of the two villages, 5 kilometers away. There is also the sea less than 5 minutes to the north and the hill with pine trees 5 minutes to the south. Ten minutes south the cork trees and the Nebrodi mountains begin.
  
  Qui vicino ci sono i paesi di Santo Stefano di Camastra e Caronia Marina, la mia campagna sta proprio nel mezzo dei due villaggi, 5 kilometri di distanza. C è anche il mare a meno di 5 minuti a nord e la collina con pini a 5 minuti a sud. A dieci minuti a sud iniziano i sugheri e i monti Nebrodi.
