  Description

  Hi everyone!
  We are two families with children who have jointly established a sanctuary-style homestead; we are now looking to further expand and maintain the property, as well as develop it into a largely self-sufficient living space.
  One family consists of Andy and Géraldine (the homeowners) and their young child, Cyan.
  The other family is Jérôme and Katharina and their three children: Marie-Jo, Matthieu, and Leo. Only Matthieu is on-site full-time, while Marie and Leo attend a special needs school during the week.
  The property features a two-story house with a basement. We have been renovating the house over the past few months but aren't quite finished yet.
  The ground floor (above the basement) houses the communal areas, such as the kitchen, bathroom, and an office/living room.
  Two bedrooms are also located there, occupied by Jérôme, Katharina, and their children.
  Since we all work full-time, the property sometimes gets neglected, so we would be happy to have people join in and help out. If you’d like to immerse yourself in nature and contribute ideas and insights gained from your own travels, we’d love to hear from you.
  
  Your accommodation is a very comfortable caravan situated in the garden, about 90 meters from the main house.
  The caravan is fully equipped—including a kitchen, heating, and Starlink Wi-Fi. Everything is included during your stay.
  The setting is very quiet and rural; the property is surrounded by farmland.
  We are located in a south-facing valley, with a stream marking the property boundary.
  The approximately 6 acre site includes pastures and arable land, as well as trees surrounding old fish ponds from the 1970s—some of which are partially sunken into the ground. These ponds need restoration and clearing of the silt and sediment washed in by the stream. We plan to carry out ecological restoration and finally get our garden into shape, so we would appreciate a helping hand with that. We are also working on setting up an "alpaca camping" area—complete with an outdoor kitchen—alongside other smaller projects. It would be a real bonus if someone has experience with video editing and social media. If you have a knack for administrative tasks and enjoy establishing systems—and would also like to go hiking, forest bathing, or try Kneipp therapy afterwards—you are very welcome here in the Eifel region.
  
  We have bycicles, busstation an you can get everytime a ride next to Bitburg, Trier, Luxemburg. We are in best location to have the nicest hikes ever Mullerthaltrail or Eifeltrail.

  From the touristic point of view: Our region is very proud about local products, and you can have a taste of that culture. you will be in a valley between beer an wine.
  A lot of beautiful places to discover in nature, where you can walk, bike, run. Luxembourg city is at a 40min drive and +/- 1 hour with the bus.
  From the working point of view: We have plenty of experience to share, we usually don't travel a lot but are very open minded and try to respect mother nature as far as we can.

  You will find a lot to do , swim, culture , we re between the valley from wine and beer. Holsthum has one of the main Hop producers for the Bitburger Beer Company. Next to luxembourg, an hour to france an hour to belgium. We have bicycles and we a have a bus station.
