  We are an French Italian family (Alain 57, Viviana 53, Matheiu 18, Pierre 16). We live in a straw house entirely built with straw and clay. WE are living in the province of Pavia (south of Milan), we trying to apply the principles of permaculture

  we live in a small village of the circuit of the most beautiful villages in Italy, the Oltrepò Pavese area is also famous for its vines and our territory is rich in natural beauty. we are close to Pavia, famous for its Certosa (spectacular abbey) we are not far from Milan (1 hour by train), Genoa (1 hour and 10), Turin 1 hour and a half. At our house it will be possible to learn to make typical Italian dishes, practice the Italian and French language

  Aide

  We need help to take care of the flower and vegetable gardens, for the maintenance of the straw structure (repairs and decorations in clay), for the renovation of a small "straw and clay house" that will become an artistic workshop and to take care of our animals (3 dogs and 4 shheeps)

  Hébergement

  We provide a single room with bed, large desk with computer and wi fi.il bathroom (with shower and bathtub) is adjacent to the room. Meals will be prepared according to dietary requirements. A bicycle will be available

  In your free time it will be possible to take magnificent walks in the hills. A bus in front of the house can take you to the train station with connections to all of Italy. 20 minutes from home there are cinemas, theaters, restaurants. In spring and summer in the area there are many fairs, cultural events, trekking...
