  Description

  Hi! We are Sandra and Aron, an international couple living in Spain with our cat Dante.
  
  Sandra is a civil engineer from Venezuela. She likes to work in and around the house, working in the garden etc. She also enjoys painting, playing the guitar and piano. Aron works from home as a data scientist. He likes hiking, skiing (anything in the mountains).
  
  We have a house near Granada, Andalusia, right next to the forest and near the mountains. We would like to share simple (outdoor) projects with Workawayers like light gardening, decoration etc. Larger renovations and specialised work are carried out by local professionals.
  
  We would love to go hiking together in the mountains. We can show you many beautiful places and there are many hiking routes nearby. There are plenty of opportunities to explore Granada and the surrounding nature. Skiing is also an option in winter.
  
  Dante, our cat, is part of the family, so Workawayers should be comfortable around cats.

  Sandra really loves music, plays the guitar and piano. She likes to paint as well, which we could do together.

  Aide

  We are looking for one or two Workawayers who would enjoy sharing everyday life with us, joining us with our small projects around our home and garden. We might work in the garden together, caring for the fruit trees, decoration projects, simple painting, cleaning up outdoor spaces, etc. We will do these activities together and are happy to explain and share what we know.

  We are happy to share our knowledge about English, Spanish and Dutch and interested in learning languages like Portuguese and French.

  Hébergement

  We have a big house with plenty of space. You will have your own room and bathroom. We have high speed internet and live in a quiet neighbourhood right next to the forest. We have a pool, which you can use whenever you want.
  
  We like big breakfasts (eggs, ham, cheese, quark, yogurt or porridge etc.) and warm meals for lunch and dinner. We will share cooking/ meals with the Workawayers.
  
  We do not smoke and smoking is not allowed indoors.

  We live in a quiet area close to nature, so it is best for people who enjoy a calm rhythm, hiking, the forest, the mountains etc. There is a bus stop nearby so it's easy to get to Granada.

  We have a male black cat named Dante. He is 7 years old and part of the family. He is calm and independent, but he likes kind people and a peaceful home environment. Workawayers should be comfortable around cats and treat him gently and respectfully.
