Description
We are two of us...me 46 year old woman and my 11 year old son. We are originally from Czech, but last ten years live here in Norway. We got here also as volunteers and stayed after I found job in local spa. We live in small cabin on the edge of the town, close to the old viking site and lake and many nice trails. We have moved to this cabin last year and still need to fix some things...little painting here and there, taking down old built in bunk bed, help with some ikea furniture to put in place and build some simple cupboard. This is not heavy job, but I would like someone who has some skills, so it looks little better than if I would have done it. And good to mention, that we have hammster and small budgie bird, which is most of the time free....in case of allergies or fobias.

Aide
We stay in small cabin, which needs some little upgrade done mainly inside. Little painting, little woodwork...need a cupboard...everything very simply. I am just not very handy and have enough to do in other areas of my life. Also would need some company for my son, when at work. He is quite independent, but afraid to be home alone and always happy with some company..also great to practice english. This is for someone who could stay minimum 2 weeks - the last week of June and first week of July, but best already from middle of June. If we get well along, no problem to stay longer. I think it is easier, if you don´t depend on us for food and this way can you help just 2 to 3 hrs. a day five days a week and have plenty of time to enjoy this place. Lots of hiking, biking possibilites. You can have one of the tiny rooms in the house, or set a tent outside...depends bit on the weather and your sensitivity to sounds and light....can be very noisy with birds in the longest nights of the year. I can lend a bike for moving around.

This is very touristy place for hiking and biking, fishing. You can borrow my bike to move around. We have fishing gear and lake is walking distance from us. Swiming in lake is also great if weather is not completely bad. We enjoy it.
