Lachlan and Jules were very welcoming hosts. Their place is a slice of paradise in the already stunning hat head area. Expect to do a couple of hours of work a day and spend the rest of your time exploring the area. Deb and Court were a pleasure to have at our place. They were enthusiastic and ready to take on tasks. Super keen to learn new skills / building knowledge and proved to be great problem solvers. They are animal lovers having taken good care of our dogs.

Absolutely loved our time with Lachy and Juls, Hat Head is a special place! My wife and I spent 3 months staying in the lovely caravan and helping around the place. The work was cruisy and not much is asked of you for your own private slice of paradise. Beautiful beaches (great surf and fishing) and hikes within walking distance from the property.
… read more Having independence and the private living situation here was great. Also a quick walk through the gully for a yummy coffee or cocktail and some good chat at the main house. Didn’t wanna leave, cant wait to come back. Miss them and the pups already!

Molly and Ryan stayed with us for 3 months. They are delightful, helpful, flexible and wonderful people. During their stay they helped with building, electrical, wood finishing and most importantly took excellent care of our 2 dogs when we were away. We didn't want them to leave!
