  Description

  We are looking for help on our finca for the coming month and possibly longer.
  
  It could be a good opportunity for one or two women or a woman or women with a child or children.
  
  I am a Steiner School teacher and Biographical Counsellor and need to return to UK for the summer term.
  
  You would have the opportunity to live in either the main casa or a spacious wooden cabin.
  
  André, who is partnering me in this work, could liase with you, cook meals and guide you in what needs doing. This will be mainly work in the garden and if there is particular creative work you are involved with, it is a good environment for this.

  We live with 7 cats, one dog, 4 hens and a cockerel.
  
  The total land of seven hectares is made up of forest, including chestnuts, cork oaks, olives and cherries, orchards of citrus and avocados and an inner vegetable and fruit garden.
  
  The land is totally off-grid. We have a solar system for electricity, hot water and compost toilets. We are remote and there is vehicular access to within a kilometre of the finca.

  Travellers would benefit from living in the lovely forest environment and using their skills and learning new ones.
  The Genal Valley is thought to be the seventh most bio-diverse place on the planet, so it is an exceptionally beautiful place to be.
  The village of Genalguacil is walkable, via a steep donkey track (about 30 minutes) ~ The village has a big art gallery and several bars.

  There is a good network of footpaths for exploring the valley on foot.
  There is a daily bus to and from Ronda, leaving the village at 7.30am and leaving Ronda at 4.00pm
  I would say that here would suit people who like to live a simple life, deep in nature.

  This could be possible…we have a small piece of land about 15 minutes walk from the finca, but it wouldn’t be possible to drive all the way.. the last part is steep, rough track that requires a four wheel drive.
