  Description

  We are a family of 4: me Luana (48) my husband Ivan 53 and
  two children: Celeste 19 Edoardo 15.
  My husband and me work together, we're an accountancy firm and during the week we are busy at work but at the weekends we love spending free time all together doing activities such as cycling, trekking, tennis, surf...and if the weather is not good we love to try new dishes.
  We love listen to music and is central to our lives. Celeste is studying psychology at university, loves working with children, and has gained experience by working at summer camps, enjoys doing sports, and follows a healthy lifestyle. Edoardo plays basketball and loves skating and surfing with his father. What characterizes us in a single sentence is our curiosity and our desire to open new horizons.”
  I've studied English as a second language in Ottawa (Carleton University) , and i've been in Sheffield (UK) for a short working experience.

  Our cuisine tends to be simple and delicious, relying on fresh, local produce. And Salento has lots of fantastic ingredients to choose from—like chickpeas, homegrown herbs and spices, olive and olive oil, tomatoes, and, of course, fresh seafood.
  Galatina is a city whose historic centre has remained almost entirely as it was over 250 years ago.There is some delightful architecture to see as the Romanesque-Gothic basilica of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria
  declared a national monument in 1870.
  Galatina is situated in a strategic position because it is equidistant from the sandy coasts on the Ionic sea and from the beautiful coves on the Adriatic Coast, where the deep blue sea and the white rocks create a unique color scheme.
  It is well served by public transport.
  It is 21.3 km from Lecce an amazing city full of baroque architecture,in fact is also known as “the Florence of South”, and is animated by lively social life and a vivacious student population, here to attend the homonymous University.
