Update 20.04.2025:
In March and Easter we want to prepare the garden for the next step of planting vegetables and more herbs (see fotos). And start to install the new fire place. For Eastern we have young guests from the Netherlands ans Swiss.
Im März und Ostern werden wir den neuen Garten für Bepflanzung von Gemüse und mehr Kräutern vorbereiten. Und wir werden den neuen Feuerplatz starten. An Ostern ist eine Niederländerin und eine Schweizerin zu Gast.

This is a longterm project located in the wonderful Normandie (Calvados). A place of peace and a place for encounter for common activities on the ground and buildings. The old part of the main building is more than about 200 years old. I want to keep this and the ground in a historical shape. Especially the park were only a comfortable grass lawn. No life for animals and insects etc. A lot of things inside and outside will be renovated and created new, expanded etc... changed to nature gardens, kitchen-garden park and some ideas more.
Upcycle projects: I like to visit markets and collect things to upcycle and give all a second, maybe different life. Changing things, repairs or decorate... for the house and garden.
I like to deal with positive people and the ones who are attentive and pay close attention to the surroundings. Mindful awareness.... A smile to start the day, to laugh all day and finish with a smile gives the power for projects and life and interaction...

Dies ist ein Langzeitprojekt in der wunderschönen Normandie (Calvados). Ein Ort des Friedens und der Begegnung bei gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten auf dem Grund und in den Gebäuden. Der älteste Teil des Haupthauses ist mehr als 200 Jahre alt. Es soll alles in einem historischen Stil bewahrt werden. Speziell der Park / Garten war nur eine Rasenfläche. Kein Platz für Tiere und Insekten etc.. Vieles drinnen und draussen wird neu gestaltet, renoviert, ausgebaut etc. Naturgarten, Nutzgarten und einiges mehr.
Upcycle Projekte: Ich besuche gerne Märkte und sammle Dinge um ihnen ein zweites, vielleicht anderes Leben zu geben. Sie zu verändern, zu reparieren und dekorieren... für Haus und Garten.
Ich mag achtsame Menschen... Ein Lächeln am Morgen, viel Lachen über den Tag und mit einem Lächeln den Tag zu beenden...

Want to experience France and new things, activities in the region, sightseeing, motorbike driving, the coast, the Loire, cooking, good conversations around the campfire, etc. etc. Simply have fun with non-judgmental! communication, life and exchange of culture habits. Learn languages....
I myself come from a consulting background and with many years of experience in business development and personal development/change I can perhaps provide support. My personal goal is to learn something new every day, get to know the diversity of people and cultures and of course their thoughts and opinions.

Die ist ein Ort für alle Menschen. Menschen die eine Auszeit suchen und oder mit gemeinsamen Aktivitäten und Austausch eine gute Zeit verbringen wollen. Frankreich und Neues erleben wollen, Gemeinsame Aktivtäten auch in der Region, Besichtigungen, Motorradfahren, Küste, Loire, Kochen, gute Gespräche am Lagerfeuer etc.. etc.. Einfach Spaß haben an wertfreier! Kommunikation, dem Leben und dem Austausch. Sprachen lernen....
Ich selbst komme aus der Beratung und kann mit langer Erfahrung bei Geschäftsentwicklung und oder persönlicher Entwicklung / Veränderung vielleicht unterstützen.
Jeden Tag neu lernen, die vielfalt von Menschen und Kulturen kennenlernen und natürlich deren Denken und Meinungen sind mir wichtig.
Aide
Tasks are in the nature garden (park) as well as in and around the buildings. We change all from a common garden / park to a nature garden for insects etc.. We'll upcycle furniture and other "things" what we find on the multiple visits to the "vide greniers" in the regent. A "green hand" and other handy skills are welcome. But also to learn about the different things is possible. Craftsmen (women) are welcome to help for small tasks.

Es fallen Arbeiten im Park / Garten (Naturgarten) sowie in den Gebäuden an. Es werden auch "upcycling" Projekte durchgeführt wie Möbel aufarbeiten, alte Geräte umnutzen etc.. Eine grüne Hand oder auch handwerkliche Fähigkeiten sind von Vorteil. Aber auch ein Lernen der verschiedenen Dinge sind möglich. "Handwerker" sind willkommen für die verschiedenen Tätikgkeiten der Renovierung.

Ich will mein franszösisch verbessern, italienisch wieder auffrischen und biete deutsch, englisch und französisch für die Kommunikation an. Zudem bin ich wieder an spanisch interessiert. Ich hatte es früher einmal gelernt aber nicht mehr angewendet. I want to improve my french, to reactivate my italien skills and offer to communcate in german and englisch as well as french. And I'm interested in spanish language. I've learned it in past, but not used it.
Hébergement
We offer rooms with ensuite bathroom and own kitchen (in the tower). Or chambre d'amis in the main building with common bath. Depends on the needs. Normally we cook and eat together. There's a lot of space to find an own privacy and retreat inside (bar, billard and small cinema), or outside. The park offers 6000qm to find a place to relax...

Es gibt Zimmer mit eigenem Bad und eigener separater Küche (im Turm). Oder Chambre d'Amis im Haupthaus mit gemeinsamen Bad. Je nach dem. Normalerweise wird zusammen gekocht und gegessen. Es ist Platz genug, seinen Rückzugsraum drinnen (in der Bar mit Billard oder dem kleinen "Kino" im Winter) oder draussen zu finden. Der Park bietet auf 6000qm... Plätze zum verweilen...

France Normandie (Calvados) is an exiting landscape. To the coast about 50min, depends where. The Loire about 1 hour too. Horses (Haras du Pin is close). Nonsmoker, all kind of food. But also vegetariens and vegans are welcome. We concentrate on fresh food from the local markets to assist the local Bio farmers and from the garden.

Die Normandie ist ein spannendes Land. Die Küste ist in ca. 50min erreichbar. Die Loir in einer Stunde. Pferde ohne Ende (Haras du Pin in der Nähe). Nichtraucher. Allesesser. Aber auch für Vegetarier und Veganer ist Platz und kann gerne berücksichtigt werden, wenn keine Grundsatzdiskussionen entstehen :-). Der Wert liegt auf täglich frischem Essen mit Sachen vom Markt zur Unterstützung der lokalen Öko Landwirte und aus dem Garten.

Digital kann man das Projekt gerne bei den Webseiten oder Social Media unterstützen. Das Hauptmerkmal liegt aber in den anderen Projekten. Digital people are welcome and can help, install and improve for social media. The main focus still are the other projects.
Espace pour garer des vans
Es kann ein Stellplatz für Camper geboten werden. Stromanschluß und Wasser. Das Gelände ist umschlossen und mit Tor versehen. On the ground is place for camper. Electricity and water can be supplied. The ground is closed and secured by gate.
Possibilité d'accueillir les animaux
Von Zeit zu Zeit befinden sich Souris and Lucky, zwei Katzen, auf dem Boden. Hunde sind leider suboptimal :-) From time to time Souris and Lucky are on the ground. Dogs are suboptimal, unfortunately :-)
