  Description

  We are a couple who offer a variety of activities, including aquatic therapy, massage, education, and lodging.
  
  We are looking for dynamic, creative, flexible, and independent people who love being in nature, are patient, and enjoy caring for pets.
  
  Our activities take place in various parts of the country, so there are times when we need help with our pets.
  We want to welcome people who share our empathy for animals and nature and who cultivate healthy habits. We do not smoke, nor is smoking permitted on the property, and we do not consume alcohol or any type of substance that produces altered states of consciousness.
  
  We have two dogs, a cat, and occasional visitors from the forest such as sloths, monkeys, iguanas, and multicolored birds.
  
  We live in a multicultural community with people from more than 50 different nationalities within a few kilometers.

  Somos una pareja que realizamos varias actividades que incluyen Tearapias Acuaticas, masajes, educación, y hospedaje.
  
  Buscamos personas dinámicas, creativas, flexibles, independientes, amantes del contacto con la naturaleza, que tengan paciencia y les guste cuidar mascotas.
  
  Nuestras actividades se desarrollan en varias zonas del pais, por lo que hay temporadas donde necesitamos ayuda con nuestras mascotas.
  Queremos recibir personas que compartan la empatia por los animales y la naturaleza, que cultiven habitos saludables. No fumamos, ni se permite hacerlo dentro de la propiedad y tampoco consumimos licor ni ningún tipo de sustancia que produzca estados alterados de conciencia.
  Tenemos dos perros, un gato y visitantes ocasionales del bosque como perezosos, monos, iguanas y aves multicolores.
  
  Vivimos en una comunidad multicultural con personas de mas de 50 nacionalidades diferentes en un rango de pocos kilómetros.

  The continuous movement is the greatest lesson of the area, nothing is predictable, neither the climate, nor the processes that in other places are very fixed and defined. It is therefore an experience to recognize, confront and, if it is chosen, to change schemes, beliefs and customs.
  In the area we live together with people of different nationalities, cultures and customs. That in itself makes it interesting to live in the southern Caribbean of Costa Rica. The contact with the nature of both the mountain and the sea are an opportunity for those who want to connect with it.

  El movimiento continuo es la mayor leccion del area, nada es predecible, ni el clima, ni los procesos que en otros lugares son muy fijos y definidos. Por ello es una experiencia para reconocer, enfrentarse y, si se elije, cambiar esquemas, creencias y costumbres.
  En la zona convivimos personas de diversas nacionalidades, culturas y costumbres. Eso por si hace interesante el vivir en el caribe sur de Costa Rica. El contacto con la naturaleza tanto de la montaña como del mar son un oportunidad para quien quiera conectarse con ella.

  Aide

  Our dogs need walk 3 times a day and eventually play on the beach, we need help with this and give them compamy and play during the day hours and feed them once a day.
  
  
  Nuestros perros necesitan caminar trees veces al dia al aire libre y eventualmente jugar en la playa, necesitamos ayuda con esto y compañia y juego durante el dia y alimentarlos 1 vez por dia..

  Hébergement

  We have a space for the volunteer, it is an appartment with a room for share with the pets, they use to slep on the bed. There us also a kitchen, living room, toilet and shower. It is possible to use the washing machine once a week.

  Tenemos un espacio para el voluntario que es un apartamento con un cuarto que comparte con las mascotas, ellas suelen dormir en la cama. Tambien hay un comedor, baño y ducha. Es posible el uso de lavadora una vez a la semana.

  Autres infos...

  Clean the toilet of the room and bathroom are duties of the volunteer. As well as leaving the kitchen clean after using it.
  The climate is quite variable and we are visited by mosquitoes.
  
  There are several beaches along the way, and the distance to the town is 7km. You can get around by bicycle, on foot, or bus (the service runs every 2 hours).
  
  In addition to a variety of beaches, you can take tours of waterfalls, caves, forest, dolphin watching, canopy, rafting, kayak or Indian reserve.

  El aseo de la habitacion y baño son deberes diarios del voluntario. Asi como dejar limpia la cocina luego de usarla.
  El clima es bastante variable y por èpocas nos visitan los mosquitos.
  Hay diversas playas a lo largo del camino y la distancia al pueblo es de 7km. La movilidad puede realizarse en bicicleta' caminando o bus (el servicio es cada 2h).
  Ademas de variadas playas, pueden hacer tours de visita a cascadas, cuevas, bosque, avisatamiento de delfines, conopy, raftin, kayac o/y reserva indigenas.

  Juna (5 ans)

  Juna es cariñosa pero hay que ser paciente parta ser aceprado por ella, se toma su tiempo para acercarse a personas nuevas. Es independiente y le gusta explorar el jardin.
  
  Juna is affectionate, but you have to be patient to be accepted by her; she takes her time to approach new people. She is independent and likes to explore the garden.

  

  Opie & Chiwie (6 ans)

  Juguetones y les gusta la compañia, caminar y explorar la playa.
  Amistosos con las personas, pero Chiwie celoso con otros perros.
  
  Playful and enjoy company, walks, and exploring the beach. Friendly with people, but Chiwie is jealous of other dogs.
