It is our mission to provide a perfect community environment for entrepreneurs, teams, freelancers, families and digital nomads to get away and find themselves, surrounded by the awesomeness of nature and good people. In the country things run based on personal relationships - in that sense we are well embedded in the local community and you will have the chance to learn about the local culture, how mutual social support and business is being done here in czech republic, while at the same time being part of a young international team of professionals and having enough space and time for you to reflect or work on your own stuff.

Aide
We are in the process of establishing a temporary home for digital nomads and creative teams. In that context we have a long list of light tasks around the house and property to brighten things up. We make sure that there is always a small group of other mutual workaway'ers, so you can expect a fun bunch to hang out with.
Examples of typical tasks wound be gardening, painting walls, light wood working, installing lamps or fossetts, as well as more creative tasks such as decorating a co-working space etc... you get the hang.
On top of the free accommodation we will provide payment for each hour worked on the level of minimum wage, which of 2024 is 113,- CZ / hour. Your work will be limited to 5 hours / day and we're flexible about you taking longer periods off for traveling etc.
PS: For admin BS it would be interesting to know if you have a valid drivers license and if you are an EU citizen.

You can find out much more about what we are up to near Nova Paka, but in essence you will be able to use any of our facilities, workshops, the music studio etc. for yourself as well, use our own lake and of course explore the beautiful area by either the car or the e-bike we provide for you.
