Description
We are a space to learn by doing: bioconstruction, happy chickens, gray water recovery, syntropic forest, medicinal herbs...located in the Aconcagua Valley, Putaendo, Chile.
It is a self-managed project by Jessica and Daniel, who without any prior knowledge left city life to return to the field trades, where there are always things to do, and kind people who are motivated to help are always welcome.
Also in this space during the year volunteering and different workshops related to bioconstruction and organic agriculture.
Ees un espacio para aprender haciendo: bioconstrucción, gallinas felices, recuperación aguas grises, bosque sintrópico, hierbas medicinales, huerta orgánica...ubicado en el valle de aconcagua ciudad de Putaendo, Chile.
Es un proyecto autogestionado por Jessica y Daniel, quienes sin tener conocimientos previos dejaron la vida citadina para volver a los oficios del campo, donde siempre hay cosas que hacer, siendo siempre bienvenidas personas amables y motivadas a ayudar.
También en este espacio durante el año se facilitan voluntariados y
diferentes talleres relacionados a la bioconstrucción y agricultura orgánica.

Aide
Generally we need helps with different activities that we are doing, for example:
Prepare material for fine plaster to finish the bioconstruction of the house: sand clay, sand, prepare nopal slime, make the mixtures, etc...
Construction of a new orchard and reactivate the one that is armed (weeding some areas, re-sowing, checking the irrigation system, etc.)
Feeding chickens and dogs.
Maintenance and care of syntropic forest (irrigation and pruning)
In the case of having a workshop or volunteering we need help in organizing these
Generalmente necesitamos ayuda con diferentes actividades que estamos realizando por ejemplo:
Preparar material para revoque fino para terminar la bioconstrucción de la casa: arnear arcillas, arenas, preparar baba de nopal,hacer las mezclas etc...
Construcción de una nueva huerta y reactivar la que esta armada (deshierbar algunas zonas, volver a sembrar, revisar sistema de riego, etc)
Alimentación de gallinas y perros.
Mantención y cuidado de bosque sintrópico (riego y podas)
En el caso de haber algún taller o voluntariado necesitamos ayuda con la organización de estos.

Hébergement
We offer accommodation in one of the rooms of the bioconstruction with a bed, outdoor shower with hot water, dry toilet and kitchen.
during the winter there is heating with salamander.
We offer Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
And we also accept food collaboration from the volunteers
Ofrecemos alojamiento en una de las piezas de la bioconstruccion con cama, ducha al aire libre con agua caliente, baño seco y cocina.
Durante el invierno hay calefacción con salamandra.
Ofrecemos Desayuno, Almuerzo y Cena.
Y también aceptamos colaboración de alimentos de parte de las/os voluntarias/os

Well, the place where we live is a quiet rural area, Quebrada Herrera sector, 20 minutes from the town of Putaendo.
In free time we can take you to see heritage and tourist sectors such as: the old town, the sculpture park of the wagons, the ducks sector, petroglyph sector,etc.
Alcohol is not consumed in the space, we have a flex-vegetarian diet, we do not have a TV, it is a space free of machismo, we have 5 dogs and 1 cat that are part of the family.
Bueno el lugar donde vivimos es una zona rural tranquila, sector Quebrada Herrera, a 20 minutos del Pueblo de Putaendo.
En los tiempos libres podemos llevarte a conocer sectores patrimoniales y turisticos como por ej: casco antiguo de la ciudad, parque escultorico de las carretas, sector los patos, sector de petroglifos, etc
En el espacio no se consume alcohol, llevamos una alimentación flexivegetariana, no tenemos tv, es un espacio libre de machismo, tenemos 5 perros y 1 gato que son parte de la familia.
