We are 2 friends, BENOIT and FAICEL as well as an adorable Boxer dog NESTOR, loving old stones, eager to create our respective living space and to share in B&B the beauty of the places, the organic cultivation of plants and the breeding of different animals.
Our experience in hospitality:
We ran a boutique hotel in Djerba, Tunisia, the only one on the island with 15 rooms and a great restaurant where people from show business, sports and politics came.
We took over the hotel in 2005 with zero customers and when we stopped because of the Tunisian revolution, the hotel was always full.
Great experience...
The castle is 1200 m2.
With 6 bedrooms, kitchen, living room, small decorated chapel
Several dependencies are to be added:
1 private apartment attached to the castle,
1 building with 1 floor (for creation of gîtes and another private apartment),
1 tobacco shed, because tobacco was produced in the region.
Cowshed, orangery, guest house, large reception room to be restored of 100 m2....
Need: train a person in a few days, so that he can take care of animals (supervision, feeding) and a little gardening and storage
Nous sommes 2 amis , BENOIT et FAICEL ainsi qu'un chien Boxer NESTOR adorable, aimants les vieilles pierres, désireux de créer notre espace de vie respectif et faire partager en B&B la beauté des lieux, la culture bio des végétaux et l élevage de différents animaux.
Notre expérience en hôtellerie:
Nous avons tenu un hôtel de charme à djerba, en Tunisie, le seul de l'île avec 15 chambres et super restaurant où venait des gens du show-business, sportif et politique.
Nous avons repris l'hôtel en 2005 avec zéro clients et quand nous avons arrêté à cause de la révolution tunisienne , l'hôtel était complet en permanence .

Le château fait 1200 m2.
Avec 6 chambres, cuisine, salle de séjour, petite chapelle décorée
Plusieurs dépendances sont à rajouter:
1 appartement privée joint au château,
1 bâtiment avec 1 etage ( pour création de gîtes et d'un autre appartement privé),
1 hangar à tabac, car on produisait du tabac dans la région .
Étable, orangerie, maison des invités, grande salle de réception à restaurer de 100 m2....
Besoin : former une personne en quelques jours, pour qu'il puisse s'occuper d'animaux ( surveillance, alimentation) et un peu de jardinage et rangement

We are looking for people who speak French,
We will speak in French each time in the moments of work and leisure.
You will have the opportunity to discover French gastronomy and also that of the very famous south-west.
Visiting the region is easy by bus or train
Nous cherchons des personnes parlant le français,
Nous parlerons en français à chaque fois dans les moments de travail et de loisir.
Vous aurez la possibilité de découvrir la gastronomie française et aussi celle du sud-ouest très renommée .

At the beginning of this project, we are looking for the help of 2 workawayers for the storage of indoor and outdoor spaces, DIY and painting spots, the creation of a bio garden
The structural work will be done by professional companies.
En ce début de projet, nous recherchons l aide de 2 hommes pour le rangement des espaces intérieur et extérieur, des taches de bricolage et peinture, la création d’un jardin bio
Le gros œuvre des travaux sera effectué par des entreprises professionnelles.

We offer a room with bath in the castle as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner, every day even on days off.

All I can say is it was a very nice time I spent with them until I had to leave.
The food Faicel made was just amazing and there was always enough for everyone so nobody had to go to bed hungry.
