  Description

  Join our small but expanding team that manages the Hotel, Residency and Restaurant.
  
  The place is located on the most western coastline of the Estonian island Saaremaa. It dates back to 1558 and is set in 90 hectares of absolutely gorgeous and unique
  land.
  
  This summer the restaurant will support not only our hotel guests (currently 25 different types of accommodation), the events we will be hosting as well as our external dining guest.
  
  Our approach to curating our food menu is based on the idea of sharing dishes ‘family style’ which has become very popular and inspiration to others. We have our own spirit production, Elda Distillery, two gins and a vodka. We will as well directly import Italian wines from small but exclusive producer put together with the rest of our dinks list.
  
  Wages will reflect on your experience, we will invest in further development for long term collaboration and growth. Estonian and English are our main languages used but seeing we are dealing international guests additional is seen as a plus. We can supply accommodation on the premises as well as meals during shifts.
  
  Breakfast / lunch team - we will be developing our breakfast menu as well as curating a separate lunch menu.
  You will need to have some experience of working in a kitchen preparing and cooking a simple but delicious smaller menu.
  
  Kitchen assistant to join our main team lead by our head chef. This summer we will have several exiting weddings and other curated events where our head chef Albert has set the menu for each event and we need a strong team that is disciplined, being able to take initiative as well as begin part and taking ownership of your section of the team.
  
  Front of house team - waitress / waiter - runner
  Join our diverse team that makes our guests experience of our restaurant and surroundings special. You will be working with our mangers to set up our dining areas for the shift (breakfast / lunch or dinner), greeting, seating, escorting guests, communicating with the kitchen and the rest of the team to ensure smooth service. Responsible for your tables not only towards the guest but also their bills, cashing up your tables by the end of the day. Follow our house customer journey as well as opening and closing manuals.
  
  You will be part of the front of house team that helps with hotel guests experience bookings, over looks the shop and assist clients and when we have events there will be some activities that we need help with supervision - kids cinema, art sessions and kids dinners.
  
  Wages starts from 6 - 9€/hour plus share of tip.

  You will be joining a domestic and international team catering for our domestic and international guests, weddings and company events. We grow some of our own herbs and vegetables, foraging, fermenting and pickling. We are a historical manor set in nature.

  Nature can be explored by foot, bicycle or possibly Kayaking. Town is 30 minutes away by car (possible use of one) and ap 40/60 min with public transport (free). There are plenty of "exotic" places to explore on the island.
