  Description

  I am a female lawyer, 27 years old, living by myself on the beach. I have a cat - Hugo who lives with me. I have operated the space as an rental place but as we head into winter there are less bookings and I’d love some company and help with keeping the house clean and someone to ideally sort out the garden and help with cooking and dishes. Mostly, it would be lovely to have some company. I like most outdoor activities, arts and crafts such as painting or pottery, music etc.

  If your English isn’t great I can definitely help with that. I love exploring the outdoors and would be happy to show you great nature walks. Perhaps even some road trips to other places around New Zealand.

  Aide

  It’s a small house, with a larger gardening area. I’d love to host someone who would be happy doing a clean once or twice a week and weeding the garden. If you are happy to help out with cooking as well that would be great. It is a beach front property. I am looking for someone who I can trust to take care of the place and who I can get along with.

  Hébergement

  It is usually operated as an rental - it is a garage that has been converted into a sleepout, and it has a kitchenette. I live in the house upstairs and you are welcome to come up and use the kitchen when needed and spend time in the lounge area.

  The place is right on the beach. There is a bus stop near the house that takes you to the train station and then you can take a 50minute train into Wellington city. There’s Kapiti Island to explore nearby, as well as plenty of nature walks, boutique shops, a mall etc.
