  Description

  My home is a handmade house on a river in the mountains of Antioquia...total peace and quiet. There are many beautiful birds, trees and huge rocks to relax on in the river, as well as my rock sculpture garden to enjoy. I usually only hear the birds and the river when I am at home.
  
  My house is quite open . i must be surrounded by Nature, It has 3 floors, solar and normal electric. It's perfect for a very quiet person/s who loves kitties, plants, solitude,peace, Nature, the river, swimming, and plants.
  
  San Luis, the closest pueblo, is only 7 km away, and there are plenty of very inexpensive transportation options. $2-4 to town. San Luis has everything you would need. i also would leave you with a Colombian friend who help you in would be there for any situation. that you mayneed advice on or help with. responsible, and reI am looking for very RELIABLE, PEOPLE OR PERSON WHO IS VERY RESPONSIBLE AND CLEAN AND will communicate with me on a regular basis via whats app videos. This area gets alot of rain so ..you MUST LOVE RAIN..when i bought this place it seems like the weather was different. but as all aware beings know, the entire world is changing faster than ...... one can even imagine..Here is perfect for one on an inner journey as well as an artist/writer who needs much time to be alone and quiet.
  the 2 people who were coming at the last minute had a last minute emergency so i am down to the wire now. they just told me yesterday that they can not make it! i leave may 8 and would like it if you could come by the 7th of may to familiarize you with all ..my return date is flexible because now i just found out today that i must go to india.( for about 2 weeks. then i would go back to nyc for a few days and then back here. so in other words i must be VERY FLEXIBLE. i do have someone here that would be able to come if i find someone who can only be here some of these days. thank you

  the house sitter will learn alot about living with them self. having very few distractions. the people here are country people. in the village there are many stores including the freshest local produce, meat,eggs, hard ware stores, clothing, supermarkets, all that you would ever need. a hospital in town as well as several dentists and vets. if you like the bar scene and local music that is there in the pueblo as well. i choose to live here for the tranquility and peace. my wifi is great and i choose to live a hermetic life style and grow some of my own food as well as many flowers. if you are looking for action and partys, this would not be for you for sure. this is a deeply significant sacred place for me. and only need someone to truly love and care for my cats, kittens, and plants and home as i do. i need only COMMITTED PEOPLE

  i have 3 floors. i sleep upstairs but have 2 other mattresses. one may sleep where they feel the best.

  there are 3 wheelers you can call to go to town or moto taxis (2 wheelers) its about 15 minutes away and costs between $2.25 and $ 6.00 each way. you just text the driver and he comes. In San Luis they also have the same river as I do but with really big waterfalls, and larger pools. one can go river rafting as well. ( i have not gone) this is a Nature lovers paradise. house rules. cleanliness, no parties, quiet, gentle with plants and animals.
