  Description

  We are an NGO located in the tropical dry forest in Guayaquil, Ecuador, on a 100-hectare land, we combine protected forest areas with a community designed under a permacultural system.
  Our name, which means in the native Quechua language: "Harmonious coexistence between humans and nature", reflects our mission of creating a habitat that allows the sustainable development of communities in a respectful manner, preserving biodiversity and the environment.

  - Learn about the flora and fauna of the Ecuadorian dry tropical forest.
  - Care for and maintain an organic garden.

  - Participate in the construction of structures made with natural materials and sustainable systems.
  - Care for farm animals.

  Aide

  We are in search of passionate volunteers who would like to join us in the ongoing construction and maintenance of this project. You can contribute in the following ways:
  
  1. Gardening help: Participate in maintenance, planting, watering, and harvesting in our garden. Your contribution helps maintain our supply of fresh and healthy food.
  
  2. Facilitators and Therapists for the Healing Center: Collaborate in group therapy sessions. Your presence and support are crucial for our participants on their healing journey.
  
  3. Sustainable Architecture and Construction: Join the project focused on building community structures such as a school using natural materials.
  
  4. Infrastructure and Green Space Maintenance and Animal Care: Get involved in caring for and taking inventory of our animals, trees, and plants. Assist in caring for and healing the animals that inhabit our camp, such as chickens, horses, and dogs. Additionally, contribute to tree reforestation and natural area cleanup, including compost preparation.

  Hébergement

  Volunteers can stay in our guesthouse, which is divided into two rooms, one for men and one for women. Each room has its private bathroom with a shower and toilet facilities.
  
  Meals are provided by us at no additional cost.
