  Description

  We are an NGO located in the tropical dry forest in Guayaquil, Ecuador, on a 100-hectare land, we combine protected forest areas with a community designed under a permacultural system.
  Our name, which means in the native Quechua language: "Harmonious coexistence between humans and nature", reflects our mission of creating a habitat that allows the sustainable development of communities in a respectful manner, preserving biodiversity and the environment.

  Aide

  Hi! We're looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help with the construction and maintenance of our project.
  
  We are currently building a Montessori school for local children and need volunteers to assist in developing an educational program. If you have a background in education and relevant experience, we’d love to hear from you!

  Hébergement

  Volunteers can stay in our guesthouse, which is divided into two rooms, one for men and one for women. Each room has its private bathroom with a shower and toilet facilities.
  
  Meals are provided by us at no additional cost.
