I am a guide for adventure tours and I have a small Hostel in my town La Esperanza de Ibarra. We also have a family heritage of leather crafts and the idea is to continue improving and finding new markets for our products and new customers for our Hostel. We work as a family and always try to assist to all the fairs that promote both tourism and craft-art and we also want to see if we can get help and support in that area. Our hostel is small with 14 beds so it is a real family experience. We have a relaxed attitude and its a place to chill out after a hike in the nearby countryside. We have a huge open fireplace that is the centre of our hostel and you can usually find people hanging out there playing games or telling stories.
We have daily activities and weekly communal dinners.
Soy una guía para excursiones de aventura montaña,rockclimbing,cañoning y amo los deportes tengo un pequeño Hostel en mi pueblo La Esperanza de Ibarra. También somos artesanos del cuero y la idea es vender en paginas online y encontrar nuevos mercados para nuestros productos y nuevos clientes para nuestro albergue. Trabajamos como una familia y siempre tratamos de acudir a todas las ferias que promueven el turismo y el arte y también queremos ver si podemos obtener ayuda y apoyo en esa área. Nuestro albergue es pequeño con 16 camas por lo que es una experiencia familiar real. Tenemos una actitud relajada y es un lugar para relajarse después de una caminata en las cascadas un lugar cercano. Tenemos una enorme chimenea que es el centro de nuestro albergue y por lo general se puede encontrar gente colgando allí jugando juegos o contando historias.

In return we will provide a breakfast every day and either lunch or dinner.
As we are tour guides you are more than welcome to join us on one of our daily tours to the volcano of Imbabura or the nearby hot springs.
Our English is limited so there is always the opportunity to improve your Spanish!
We can also show you how our artisinal business operates, guiding you through the process of producing leather goods.

Como somos guías de turismo que son más que bienvenidos a unirse a nosotros en uno de nuestros tours diarios al volcán de Imbabura o las aguas termales cercanas.
También podemos mostrarle cómo funciona nuestro negocio artístico, guiándolo a través del proceso de producción de artículos de cuero.
We need volunteers to help with reception duties: welcoming new guests and showing them around the hostel.
We also need other help too.
Volunteers will be required to help no more than 4 hours per day, 5 days a week.

You will have a bed in our 6 bed dorm room, sharing with other guests.
Usted tendrá una cama en nuestra habitación de cama de 6 camas, compartiendo con otros huéspedes.
The climate of our people is a bit chilly in the evenings but the days are usually very sunny. Warm clothing will be needed. We are surrounded by mountains, waterfalls, caves and adventure. There is the possibility of joining tourist groups for the sights.
El clima de nuestro pueblo es un poco frío en la tarde pero los días generalmente son muy soleados se necesita ropa abrigada no al extremo pero lo básico tenemos salidas con viajeros a las montañas, cascadas,cuevas y mucha aventura hay la posibilidad de juntar grupos de turistas para conocer los lugares turísticos.
