Description
Our farm cat needs a good comb before the summer heat. Are there any cat lovers around who would like to do that? I have a small project happening in my lounge. It would be nice to have help to finish it. I've made two shelves, one above the other and now I'm going to put doors across the front of them. At least that's what I hope I'm going to do. I also have a leaky tap in the bathroom that needs attention, and a few other odd jobs around the house and the yard. A small garden ready to revamp. Nothing too big or too heavy.
I have cell coverage and Wi-Fi. I am an elderly, retired Māori artist and published Author. I am a practitioner in Medicinal Cannabis, and my products are sold at the local markets. -

Spending time daily in a very remote area away from the hustle and bustle of the city and towns. A visit to the local markets. Hear stories of Māori arriving in the north of NZ.

General help. Some DIY hammer tasks, lawn, outdoor and indoor maintenance.Ongoing Mural project on my kitchen wall for artists to add to it. Housework. Fruit trees need pruning.

Helpers will have a large double bedroom
Very relaxing home in a peaceful, remote area with a rural view down a long valley. Basic kitchen needs, such as dishes and dinner preparation if needed. I don't provide food to snack on all day between meals. There is no shop here; you will need to bring your own snacks. Bedroom to be left cleaned ready for the next guest. -

It is a two-hour drive to Cape Reinga in the far north for a nice day trip, about a three-hour drive to Waipoua Forest and the giant Kauri tree further down the West Coast, and an hour to Ngawha Springs' healing thermal hot pools.
There is no public transport available in the area. It is a good central point for day travel and sightseeing. -

I can highly recommend Marion. She made some putty from sand and clay to fill gaps in two timber walls in my lounge. Then varnished the walls over a few days until she was happy with the result. It looks very professional. Her eye for detail and care is evident in the final result. She helped in all different areas of my place. I am very thankful

Alex stayed a few days at my place, and I highly recommend him. In a short time, he built some shelves in my kitchen and Laundry and a rack for my shoes.
