  Hey guys, *sorry to anyone we didn't previously reply to, we are looking for someone again*
  
  It's me Ryan, my wife Lana & our two dogs!
  
  We have a lovely home in Landsdale, Perth WA, its 15 minutes from the beach 30 minutes to the city and there is a bus stop outside.
  
  . We are both 40 and lead full and busy lives. We both work full time and do hobbies in the evening so our home is normally empty.
  
  We are easy going and you're welcome to jump in the car with us and go to the beach or the shops etc.
  
  Since we first posted this advert our situation as changed and we have a beautiful baby girl, however we are not seeking child care simply help around the house.
  
  We are looking for someone to help us out with the chores and we estimate they will take 10-12 hours a week and include jobs like, dishes, cleaning rooms, weeding and helping with the dogs.
  
  Please let us know about your visa and how long you would like to stay, we would be very keen to hear from people on a student visa.

  Our current guest is moving on after she got her visa, but she has been welcome to any parties we have had in the house, she has ate with us, played board games and sometimes jumps in our car to come to the beach or the shops.
  We have a wide and interesting friendship group and our guest has made many interesting connections.

  The jobs include cleaning the house, walking dogs, weeding etc. We have a detailed spreadsheet we can share.
  
  If there is a particular job you absolutely cant do we can possibly swap it out for another.

  Hébergement

  You would have your own bedroom, and a bathroom mostly to yourself. Its a nice room with a queen bed, tv air con, heating, drawers, cupboard etc.
  The house has aircon, and fast internet. It has a nice garden. It comes with all the streaming services netflix etc.
  We provide all the staples or shared items, salt, pepper, butter etc and about once or twice a week we invite our guest to share meals with us.
