Help me improving my apartment in Sabadell Nord, near Barcelona, Spain

  Description

  I am Olga from Sabadell. I am in love with the Nature. Sometimes I go for a wolk to the forest (20 minuts away walking from the apartment).
  I am 49 years old. I am studing "Social integration" and I have to do a lot of groupwork + study + exams. On the other side I need help to tidying up and clean the apartment as hasn't been very carefully done for the last person living here.
  For my mental space I need a tidy and clean apartment, I wish I had time to do it myself. It's nice to see the transformation from a messy space to the creation of a home.
  If you are felling yo can help with tide up and clean the little appartment would be great to host you if you want.
  
  I am a very happy person, I travelled a lot and I have been hosted myself, allways very nice as it is very interesting to meet new people and exchange. We all have thing to share.
  Normally I like to show the city to foreignes, introduice my friends...but now I have to study so that means I could not be 24hores for you and I am sorry for that. So with all this you think it would be nice for you with this exchange you are more than welcome, specially if you are "Mary Kondo" stilye.
  
  I lived 4 years in Stuttgart so it would be nice if I could practice german or english but this is only a desire, not a "must".
  I need to concentrate. Thank you.

  The flat is in Sabadell Nord, only 7 minutes away walking from the train station (Renfe and also Ferrocarrils catalans) so you can go easy to Barcelona if you want to. From Sabadell Nord to la Sagrera-Barcelona are 36 minuts.
  I use to go for a walt to the forest but now I have to study I can tell you how to go easly for a nice walks.
  If you speack spanish I can intruduce you my lovely parents, they live in the first floor and me (and maybe you in the second flor). They are 80 years old and very nice. (They do not speack english)

  Do you like to turn "desolate spaces" into pleasant places to live? Can you help with tyding up and clean?
  
  It is a small flat with 3 rooms, now messy but with your help it could be nice. It would be nice someone with the japanesse style Mary Kondo.
  
  I guess 3 days would be Ok but we can talk about it.
  
  I would like someone who likes to tidy up and clean and then have the satisfaction to see all the work done!

  Hébergement

  I have an extra room with one bed and it is where I have the craft things (I used to work with my hands). Ther is a lot of nice light when the sun shines like now.
  Since my priority is to study, I will not be able to cook for you (good for you, belive me) I hope it is not a problem and that you appreciate being able to stay here for aprox 3 days if you like. Important: NO PETS AND NO SMOKERS sorry.

  I travelled around the world and I had many friends at home and normally I am a very good tour guide (I studied toruism) but this time I can not offer you a full agenda as I will be studing a lot I can offer you if you want to join me if you wish when I go to NATURE WALSK but really if you are an independent persone you can combine between sightseeing (Barcelona, Sabadell....and depending your interest) and the work at the suny appartment (clean, tidy up...)
