Our Surf Camp is an Iconic location that has evolved over the last 15 years. We have transformed this ex/military base into an oceanfront sanctuary for nature lovers, surfers and explorers alike. With access to surf rental and classes, and a peacefull ambiente for Yoga, this is a place to reconnect with nature and yourself.

Aide
Registering new guests,general cleaning and maintenance as well as assistance with current projects. In exchange we offer lodging in tents,a kitchen, wifi.
* We have just opened an ECOHUT that gives us closer access to the surf and will be used for board and wetsuit storage/rentals. We are looking for 1 or 2 people who can provide security and improvements in exchange for a private lodging here and surf equipment rentals, Someone to sleep there, hang around a little bit/rent boards and leave the place in better shape then when they arrived would be fantastic :) if you are interested in this and you can reference the last 2 photos in our gallery for pictures of la cabañita.

Lobitos is a small surfing town 20 minutes from the main city of Talara (5 sole trip), visitors here mostly go surfing but it is also a great spot for taking it easy.

This was my first workaway experience and I don't think there would be a better place to do it. Loana and Johnny have a beautiful place right on the beach with an amazing view. Sadly I only spent one week at this amazing hostel in Lobitos. I really loved the entire crew of volunteers and how much the family included us in the local community by inviting us to play volleyball, etc.

We stayed there for three weeks and had the best time in there. Loana and Jhonny welcomed us with open arms. We rescued a baby kitten and we were allowed to foster it and give her all of our love. Incredible experience! Lobitos is the perfect place to relax, surf and enjoy life. The hostel is a beautiful house where you live with the wind and the sound the waves.
