Help with animals living on a small land in Póvoa de Atalaia, Portugal

  Description

  Hello, I’m a British/Irish national who has lived in many parts of the world.
  
  I worked for many years in construction across France mainly (nearly 30 years), but also Ireland, the UK , the USA, and Canada. I also traveled extensively through South and Central America and Asia.
  
  A few years ago I settled on a quiet piece of land in Central Portugal. I enjoy the peaceful rural life here and take care of my garden, plants and animals daily. The view of nature and stars at night here is amazing.
  
  I’m looking for a respectful and friendly person (or couple) who can help with light daily tasks.
  
  Fencing installation for my chickens also fruit and vegetable harvesting a few times a year, Olives would be the most time consuming, and just general farm help.
  
  But I mainly just need someone to be able water my fruit and vegetables, feed my 3 cats and 3 chickens for about one hour a day, I would need that even more the rare days where I would have to be absent from my land .
  
  On Average I might need 15 hours of help a week when it's needed, depending on the season also. I'm flexible basically.
  
  In exchange I offer a comfortable caravan to stay, where they're is cooking facilities: you can use the products from my land obviously. We can also sometimes eat together. There will be a shower in the caravan and a separate toilet near your caravan. It is a 2 minutes walk above the hill from my house.
  
  You can also use the outside shower and and splash pool when the weather gets warm as it does here in Summer.
  
  My land also holds space if you already have your own camping car or caravan.
  
  I'm a friendly and sociable person but I'm also used to being alone so I'm fine and respect people who are introverted and want their own space.
  I speak fluent English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, and some Italian.
  I also hold a TEFL diploma and enjoy conversations and sharing stories with others.
  I'm not particularly fussy but I have been sober for 15 years so I would rather live with someone who doesn't drink too much or have a substance issue (a couple of beers a day is fine). You can smoke also as long you trow your buts in a bin once finished.

  Póvoa de Atelaia and other nice villages are very close. They are very laid back towns where locals and expats blend in very well.

  Mainly:
  -watering fruit and Vegetables daily
  - Feeding my animals and general farm help (15 hours a week on average)
  
  Occasionaly: Harvesting fruit and vegetables, I might need a helper if I do a bit of DIY and fencing work for my chickens and general farm help.

  Hébergement

  Comfortable Caravan with cooking and shower facilities. Outside toilet right beside. You can bring your own Caravan or camping car if you need, there is space.

  I don't have wifi but the 5G signal is good. Public Wifi is the center of the village and that is a 10/15 min walk. The local caffe has a wifi, great vibe there.

  My land has plenty of space and it's few minutes walk up the way from my house so you can have your privacy.
