  Description

  We are a family of women who built this house 30 years ago. In the past we have also organized many artistic events in this wonderful house. Francesca, my mother mainly takes care of her elderly mother who has been living with us for a few years now. I, Daniela, deal with photography and work at a local television as an audio video and editing technician, Silvia, my sister, is often away for work. The desire is to learn about new cultures through exchanges with workers from other countries, working and having fun together.

  Siamo una famiglia di donne abbiamo costruito questa casa 30 anni fà. In questa stupenda casa abbiamo organizzato nel passato anche tantissimi eventi artistici. Francesca si occupa un po’ del giardino ed un po’ degli animali e della casa in generale, Io Daniela mi occupo di fotografia e lavoro presso una televisione locale come tecnico audio video ed editing, Silvia mia sorella è spesso fuori per lavoro. Il desiderio è di conoscere nuove culture tramite lo scambio con workaway di altri paesi lavorare e divertirsi insieme.

  Workaways will have the advantage of experiencing and learning about organic (as far as it is possible to find organic food) and vegetarian Sicilian culture and cuisine. 4km from home there is Caltagirone also called the city of ceramics where there are many artisan shops that work with ceramics.

  I workaway avranno il vantaggio di vivere e conoscere la cultura e la cucina siciliana biologica(sin dove è possibile reperire alimenti biologici) e vegetariana. A 4km da casa c'è Caltagirone chiamata anche la città della ceramica dove si trovano tante botteghe artigiane che lavorano le ceramiche.

  Aide

  The main help that is asked of workaway volunteers is the care of the greenery which includes various tasks such as pruning, cleaning, etc. We also ask for collaboration at home and help with the kitchen. Maintenance work for the house, such as repainting the entrance gate, fixing the garden fence and taking care of our small animals, two cats and a dog. It would also be a great help to practice the English language.

  L' aiuto principale che si chiede ai volontari workaway è la cura del verde che comprende varie mansioni come potature, pulizia decespugliare Chiediamo anche collaborazione in casa ed aiuto con la cucina. Lavori di manutenzione per la casa, come ad esempio ripitturare dove è necessario, sistemazione recinzione giardino e prendersi cura dei nostri piccoli animali due gatti e un cane. Sarebbe anche un grande aiuto esercitarsi con la lingua inglese.
