Description
We are a community living in a hostel where travelers share experiences and memories.
We have opportunities to volunteer in multiple areas: hostel activities such as reception and cleaning, sewing, social projects, visual art, and developing our ONG.
We are starting with an avocado farm, so you are welcome to join it. The distance there is 25km, and every bit of help is very welcome, we would love to apply permaculture techniques.
Volunteers have access to all fruits (avocados most of the time) that we pick up at the farm for breakfast, we also offer bread for each volunteer and many kinds of infusions every morning.
A bed in a mixed shared room of 6 people is a warrant, in it are 2 private bathrooms inside the room, with a shower and hot water.
Access to the laundry machine and detergent is included; just use the machine full of clothes to save water.
Volunteers have free tours in case a seat is available in the touring car at any tour we make, just a payment for the tickets at the places is necessary, and it's very cheap.

We intend to allow travelers to develop their skills and become involved in various projects.

By participating in the development of community projects, you'll have the chance to immerse yourself in Peruvian/Nazca culture. You'll interact with local people and other volunteers, learning from their experience, skills, and perspectives.
Depending on availability with volunteers, we can go to the farm to catch some avocados and fruits to eat for breakfast, and we normally have bread available in the kitchen every day.

A bed in a shared room with an ensuite, wifi, hot water, laundry machine. You are free to use the kitchen. We normally cook and eat the meals together, sharing the costs, but you are also welcome to cook for yourself.

A (not so little) magical spot surrounded by the desert. If you are looking for a place with friendly atmosphere, open-minded people, and you like to dance - this is a place to go to! la verdad mi estadía de un mes con Ryo fue muy buena, una gran experiencia, el trabajo es muy fácil y el lugar es muy relajado y tranquilo, deliciosa comida y diversión... además hay mucho para hacer en Nazca.. fuimos a los acueductos, a las pirámides y cementerios, y al centro magnético de Orcona y el desierto.. El tiempo con Fosca fue realmente valioso, ella se adapta realmente a todo, es muy versatil en sus funciones y esta todo el tiempo pendiente en como poder ayudar. Ademas es muy divertida e interesantisima, hizo que el poco tiempo que pasó aqui parecieran años.

Buenisima experiencia!!
Para empezar, Roy es maravillosa persona...detallista, extrovertido y muy flexible! Eso hace que trabajar en el hostal no sea nunca pesado y haya manera de conocer con tranquilidad Nasca y su entorno (también gracias a los consejos que te proporciona Roy, que sabe muuuucho de su tierra!!).
