  Ayubowan! Tucked away just 2 km from Nuwara Eliya town, The Retreat is a cozy space for nature lovers, slow travelers, and soulful wanderers. Surrounded by mountain views and crisp highland air, our space is more than just a place to sleep — it’s a place to connect, reflect, and recharge.
  
  We offer a mix of dorms and private rooms, a shared bathroom, a tranquil garden, and a warm lounge space perfect for music, tea, and spontaneous conversation. There’s also a peaceful area for yoga, meditation, cacao ceremonies, or just cloud-watching with a cup of local tea.
  
  We’re still growing and dreaming — and we’d love to grow with you. If you’re creative, open-minded, and enjoy the simple joys of slow living, this might be your home in the hills. From misty morning walks to fireside chats at night, Theis is a feeling you carry with you.

  The workawayers will stay in a shared dorm with our guests. We have both female, male and mixed dorms.
  
  Breakfast is included, workawayers are welcome to use the shared kitchen to provide lunch and dinner. Occasionally we provide a dinner.
