  Description

  Our family home is located in Ipiales the border between Colombia and Ecuador, making it a lively place where work and family life blend seamlessly. You will be living with three grandparents and a family of four: Andrea, her husband Jeisson, and their two children, Daniel (12) and Emilia (7). We also have a few pets/animals ( 3 dogs, 2 cats, 3 rabbits and some poultry). Our home is always full of activity with frequent visits from friends and family, adding to the vibrant atmosphere. We enjoy socializing over board games/movies and social gatherings in the evenings and weekends.
  
  Our home is located in a logistic center that also features an organic garden, a soccer field, various offices, and a rooms, the volunteering consists of helping the person in charge of the garden, general cleaning and maintenance around the house. While Spanish is our primary language, we all are trying to improve our English and would appreciate help with both conversational practice and formal lessons.
  
  We also manage a few businesses on-site and could use some help with marketing to enhance their profiles and reach.
  We are agricultural researches and have an ongoing project on native corn.
  
  For anyone joining us, you’ll find a dynamic and welcoming environment where there's always something to do and learn, in exchange for your valuable contribution we offer accommodation, the three meals of the day, a comfortable space for living and working online and a family in the south of Colombia.

  Nuestro hogar familiar se encuentra en Ipiales, en la frontera entre Colombia y Ecuador, lo que lo convierte en un lugar animado donde el trabajo y la vida familiar se mezclan sin problemas. Vivirás con tres abuelos y una familia de cuatro: Andrea, su esposo Jeisson y sus dos hijos, Daniel (12) y Emilia (7). También tenemos algunos animales (3 perros, 2 gatos, 3 conejos y algunas aves de corral). Nuestra casa siempre está llena de actividad con frecuentes visitas de amigos y familiares, lo que añade a la atmósfera vibrante. Disfrutamos socializando con juegos de mesa/películas y reuniones sociales durante las noches y los fines de semana.
  
  Nuestra casa está ubicada en un centro logístico que también cuenta con un jardín orgánico, un campo de fútbol, varias oficinas y habitaciones. El voluntariado consiste en contribuir en el jardín y en la limpieza y mantenimiento general de la casa. Aunque el español es nuestro idioma principal, todos estamos tratando de mejorar nuestro inglés y agradeceríamos ayuda tanto en la práctica conversacional como en lecciones formales.
  
  También gestionamos algunos negocios en el lugar y podríamos usar algo de ayuda con el marketing para mejorar sus perfiles y alcance.
  
  Para cualquiera que se una a nosotros, encontrará un ambiente dinámico y acogedor donde siempre hay algo que hacer y aprender.
