  Welcome to our Bed & Breakfast in the heart of Choachí!
  What do we do? More than just offering a place to stay, we create experiences designed for renewal and balance. Our plans include mountain and páramo hikes, guided bike tours, bird watching, yoga sessions, body massages, beer workshops, visits to the region’s coffee farms, and more; we have a wide variety of activities to make the stay of our guests unforgettable. We are committed to providing a personalized experience that makes our guests feel at home from the moment they arrive.
  
  Choachí is located just an hour and a half from Bogotá in the department of Cundinamarca, Colombia, and captivates with its natural charm characterized by different thermal floors and a great variety of waterfalls, including the highest in Colombia: La Chorrera, with a length of 590 meters. Surrounded by mountains and páramos, it is an ideal destination for those seeking to reconnect with nature and enjoy authentic hospitality.
  
  Our B&B has a floor of private rooms, perfect for couples and friends, as well as a floor with a shared room. Each floor is designed with common areas, and we have a landscaped patio and a dining room where we serve homemade breakfast to our guests.
  It is located in a quiet area of the town, just three blocks from the final stop of the public transportation coming from Bogotá.
  
  We need support in social media, maintenance, occasional customer service, and designing strategies to attract international visitors. We are looking for collaborative and versatile people to meet work needs, focusing on what is required in a particular season.
  
  About Your Work:
  1. The workaway guest should review the tasks needed and clearly state how they can help based on their skills.
  2. The workaway guest must work at least 4 hours a day, five days a week.
  3. The workaway guest should keep a proactive attitude and manage their tasks independently.
  4. The workaway guest should plan to stay for at least four weeks.
  5. The workaway guest has one week to learn the basics of maintenance and customer service for the B&B.
  6. Work may vary from week to week. The workaway guest should adapt and prioritize tasks, checking with the host when needed.
  
  Before You Arrive:
  - Have your own insurance in place before agreeing to an exchange.
  - Have a backup plan in case the exchange doesn’t work out.
  - Have enough money to cover accommodation if your stay extends beyond the exchange agreement.
  - Clearly communicate expectations with the host to ensure a good experience.
  - Remember, this is a work-for-accommodation exchange, but also a cultural exchange. Keep an open and understanding mindset.

  there are different ways to get benefice out of the experience with us:
  1. During the stay, they will get to know at least one route of the trails that we offer (it may be more, it depends on the time of your stay and the schedule)
  2. They will have a bed to sleep in and access basic services to live with dignity.
  3. They will have breakfast covered every day.
  4. Access to the kitchen to prepare lunch and dinner
  5. Access to the washing machine to do their laundry
