  Description

  Hello! I am Avi and I live with my dog Maggie in a house with an orchard and fruit trees located in a protected natural area. The house is 10 minutes from the city by car but the area in which it is located is really quiet. The beach can be reached by taking a 20-minute bike ride. The same time it takes to go to the city if you don't want to use the car. This is your place if you like nature and animals. You will be able to learn to take care of an orchard, garden, masonry... You will have my help, that of my father and friends.
  
  
  Hola! Soy Avi vivo con mi perrilla Maggie en una casa con huerta y árboles frutales situada en una zona natural protegida.
  
  La casa está a 10min de la ciudad en coche pero la zona en la que está situada es realmente tranquila.
  A la playa se puede llegar dando un paseo de unos 20min en bicicleta. El mismo tiempo se tarda de ir a la ciudad si no quieres usar el coche.
  
  Este es tu sitio si te gustan la naturaleza y los animales.
  Podrás aprender a cuidar de una huerta, jardín, albañilería..
  Tendrás mi ayuda, la de mi padre y amigos.

  You can practice your Spanish with us, I speak a little English but with my father you would have to communicate only in Spanish :)
  And if you like to practice yoga you can come to my classes for free!
  
  
  Podrás practicar tu castellano con nosotros, yo hablo un poquito de ingles pero con mi padre te tendrías que comunicar solo en español.
  Y si te gusta practicar yoga puedes venir a mis clases de forma gratuita!

  We will fix some exterior walls of the house with natural stone.
  
  The house is surrounded by an orchard that provides vegetables such as lettuce, cucumbers, pumpkins, courgettes, beans, tomatoes and fruit trees such as walnut, loquat, lemon, various orange trees and some olive trees. It is my father who takes care of you and now I want to start helping you by introducing the principles of permaculture as you learn.
  
  If you are skilled in masonry and painting, you are our volunteer. And if you also know how to take care of the garden applying permaculture much better .. :)
  
  
  Arreglaremos algunas paredes exteriores de la vivienda con piedra natural.
  
  La casa esta rodeada de un terreno con una huerta que nos proporciona verduras como, lechugas, pepinos, calabazas, calabacines, judías, tomates y árboles frutales como nogal, níspero, limonero, varios naranjos y algunos olivos. Es mi padre quien se encarga de su cuidado y ahora quiero empezar a ayudarle introduciendo, a medida que vaya aprendiendo, los principios de la permacultura.
  
  Si eres hábil en tareas de albañilería y sabes como cuidar de la huerta aplicando la permacultura mucho mejor.. :)

  Hébergement

  You will have your room in a beautiful caravan with a small kitchen, the bathroom is inside the house but we are going to make an external bathroom for your comfort and that of future workawayers.
  
  Dispondrás de tu habitación en una bonita caravana con una pequeña cocina, el baño está en el interior de la casa pero vamos a hacer un baño externo para tu comodidad y la de futuros workawayers.

  Being close to the city and the beach you can go from one place to another by bike but it would be best if you came with your own car so that you can move easily according to your plans ...
  
  There are very nice beaches and interesting towns like Benicasim, Peñiscola, Villafames or Morella, that if you came by car you could go visit with more comfort.
  You can even take the train and spend a weekend in Valencia or Barcelona where with the Euromed you arrive in 2h30min.
  
  Al estar cerca de la ciudad y la playa se puede ir de un sitio a otro en bicicleta pero lo mejor sería que vinieras con tu propio coche y así poder moverte con facilidad según tus planes...
  
  Hay playas muy bonitas y pueblos muy interesantes como Benicasim, Peñiscola, Villafames o Morella, que si vinieras en coche podrías ir a visitar con mayor comodidad.
  Incluso puedes tomar el tren y pasar un fin de semana en Valencia o Barcelona donde con el Euromed llegas en 2h30min.
