Description
Carlos and I live in a small village with 8 hectares of land and woods to take care of. The place is magical surrounded by centuries-old trees, silence accompanies us, we have chickens and cats along with the wild animals that live around here.
The project called shangri-la was born from the desire to create a place where sharing knowledge, working in harmony with nature and with the beings that live there is in first place.
We practice with the principles of permaculture, natural agriculture to create food that supports us with its energy and that every day gives us the opportunity to celebrate this encounter through taste.
We like to cook, eat excellent food, play and sing, living life to the fullest of its possibilities.
We have renovated a house and are about to complete a yoga room
We also work outside the village in part
We like to make jams, herbal teas, take care of the vegetable garden and the garden.
We have many volunteers who help us distribute our products to friends. They help us,
We have two ponds with plants from a spring and soon a bio pool.
Carlos ed io abitiamo in un piccolo borgo con 8 ettari di terra e bosco di cui prenderci cura. il luogo è magico immerso in alberi secolari, il silenzio ci accompagna, abbiamo galline e gatti insieme agli animali selvatici che abitano qui intorno.
Il progetto che si chiama shangri-la nasce dal desiderio di creare un luogo in cui la condivisione del sapere, dell'operare in armonia con la natura e con gli esseri che ci abitano sia al primo posto.
Pratichiamo con i principi della permacultura, della agricoltura naturale per creare cibo che ci sostenga con la sua energia e che ogni giorno ci dia modo di festeggiare questo incontro attraverso il gusto.
Ci piace cucinare, mangiare cibo eccellente, suonare e cantare, vivendo la vita al massimo delle sue possibilità.
Abbiamo ristrutturato una abitazione e stiamo per ultimare una sala yoga
Lavoriamo anche fuori dal borgo in parte
Ci piace fare marmellate, tisane, occuparci dell'orto e del giardino.
Abbiamo molti volontari che ci danno una mano a distribuire i nostri prodotti agli amici.
Abbiamo due laghetti con piante provenienti da una sorgente e a breve una bio piscina

Hébergement
We have a wonderful insulated wooden carriage with water and heating available. Facilities are in the main house only a few meters away.
Food will be shared. We will have lunch and dinner together with joy.
Abbiamo a disposizione una meravigliosa carrozza di legno coibentata con acqua e riscaldamento. I servizi sono nella casa madre distante solo qualche metro.

The place is a few kilometers away from the village and there is no public transportation, only by own car but we often go to the village or nearby villages. The forest around has trails that can be walked or biked.In somano a few kilometers away there is a reading group and a library as well as a dance hall open every Saturday night
Il luogo è distante qualche kilometro dal paese e non vi sono trasporti pubblici, solo con auto propria ma spesso andiamo in paese o nei paesi vicini. Il bosco intorno ha sentieri percorribili a piedi o con bicicletta.A somano distante pochi kilometri c'è un gruppo di lettura e una biblioteca oltre ad una sala da ballo aperta ogni sabato sera
