Hey! I'm a native New Yorker, but have been traveling and mainly living in Medellín, Colombia for the last couple months since leaving my job in the music industry. I'm now living in Calca, Peru while studying textile art.

I love meeting new people, experiencing new cultures, seeing cool nature and cities. I'm a very creative person and enjoy making clothing, graphic design, films, textile art, and really just a little bit of everything. I also like hiking, live music, animals especially cats, basketball, poker, chess, motorcycling, yoga, books.

I am a skilled writer and communicator, and with a university degree in English, I have an especially strong grasp on the ins and outs of the English language - grammar, vocabulary, etymology, literature, etc. I would love to teach English, and would be happy to teach both children and adults. I'm excited to try to make the learning experience as unique, fun, and efficient as possible for my potential students! I am hoping to continue improving my Spanish! I am comfortable speaking to anyone and can use multiple tenses with a range of vocabulary and decent fluidity. I would like to continue practicing some of the more complex verb tenses, improve my speed of understanding with groups of native speakers, and increase my spoken fluidity to as perfect as possible.

I am a skilled writer and communicator with a university degree in English. I have an especially strong grasp on the ins and outs of the English language - grammar, vocabulary, etymology, literature, etc.

I am a talented visual artist, with a university degree in Studio Art as well, and have experience with a very wide range of mediums including sewing, jewelry, textile art, printmaking, drawing, painting, conceptual sculpture, and installation. I also specialize in digital art mediums, including graphic design, video editing, web design, and animation.

I have work experience with the music business, graphic and web design, fashion design and production, and arts/charity administration.

I also have experience as a basketball coach, working with children, and as a professional cat-sitter.

More generally:
- I love talking to people, I'm very easygoing and enjoy working with children and being around animals (as well as adults).
- I'm a digital native and very comfortable with anything digital.
- As an artist and craftsperson, I'm good with my hands and have a strong spatial understanding.
- Ultimately, I am a very creative thinker - I have an endless source of ideas and am very adaptable to new challenges, regardless of the situation.
